투하 가능 영역(LAR)는 공대지 유도 폭탄을 장착한 항공기가 표적을 성공적으로 타격하기 위하여 진입하는 영역을 말한다. LAR는 항공기 투하 조건, 표적 착탄 조건, 대기 환경 조건을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 투하, 착탄, 환경 조건 등의 입력 조건을 변화시켜 많은 시뮬레이션을 통해 데이터베이스를 구축하여 LAR 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 개발된 알고리즘을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 시험하였고, 공대지 유도폭탄의 LAR 도출에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다. Launch Acceptability Region(LAR) is a region for an aircraft which carries air-to-ground guided bombs to enter such that it can successfully hit the target. LAR should consider the release condition of an aircraft, impact condition for targets, and environmental condition of atmosphere. In this paper, LAR algorithm was developed using the database of many simulations which were varied by inputs, such as the release, impact, and environmental conditions. The algorithm was tested through the direct simulation results, and found that it was suitable to apply as LAR for air-to-ground guided bomb.

적외선 영상의 탐지 정보를 이용한 표적 geolocation 기법

본 논문에서는 적외선 영상에서 탐지된 표적의 픽셀정보를 이용하여 실제 환경에서의 표적의 위치를 추정하는 geolocation 기법에 대하여 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 지대지 전장 환경에서 공중 정찰을 통한 적대 표적의 위치를 파악하는 시스템에 적용이 가능하다. 적대 표적의 geolocation에 영향을 주는 요소는, 시스템의 광학적 왜곡, 지형적 왜곡, 정찰 모듈의 GPS(Global Positioning System) 및 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) 왜곡을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 광학적 왜곡과 지형적 왜곡에 적응적인 geolocation 을 위하여 광학 정보의 다항식 최적화와 지구곡률을 고려한 시선거리 계산 기법을 적용하였으며, 3차원 모의 환경에서 실험한 결과 시스템 요구사항 내에서 geolocation의 정확도를 만족함을 확인하였다. In this paper, we proposed the geolocation method using target detection information in infrared images. Our method was applied to geolocation system of hostile targets in ground-to-ground field. The major distortion that has bad effect of geolocation was composed of optic, topography, GPS(Global Positioning System) and IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) of reconnaissance unit. We proposed enhanced geolocation method to cope with optic and topography distortion using polynomial fitting and slant-range calculation model to overcome earth curvature problem, and the result showed that the performance of our method was good for system requirements.

직업훈련서비스와 교육훈련 만족도 및 고용가능성의 관계에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify relationships among the TVET(Technical and Vocational Education and Training) service quality, training satisfaction, and employability of unemployed vocational trainees who participate in the national infrastructure and strategy industries training. In addition, this research tried to examine the mediating effects of training satisfaction in the relationship between TVET service quality and employability. The result of review were as follows. First, the level of training satisfaction(4.51), TVET service quality(4.41), and employability (4.32) of the unemployed vocational trainees showed above average based on five-point Likert scale. Second, the level of employability of trainees who were teenage male students showed higher relatively. Third, main factors influencing on both of training satisfaction and employability of trainees among several TVET service factors showed training contents, training methods, trainers, and employment support, in which training contents and training methods influenced the most on training satisfaction and employability. Finally, training satisfaction of trainees had mediating effects on the relationship between the TVET service quality and employability.
