        한국 전통 기와를 응용한 펌 패턴

        In modern society, beauty is considered one of the most valuable aspects of people. Especia11y hair-style, is one of the most important ways to represent one' s personality and image. This means that a variety of hair-styles are very important and keeping up with the latest trends has also been popularized. Even though customers always want to try new, the beauty industry always proceeds with similar designs. Thus, the appearance of new designs are extremely necessary for the industry. “Gi-Wa" is the name of a tile which is used in ancient Korean-style building. The "Gi-Wa" tile contains aesthetic and symbolism of traditional korean design and this unique pattern of Gi-Wa can be used in beauty industry. So this research tries to apply the pattern of Gi - Wa to new perm design. First of all, this research started with the theoretical basics of Gi - Wa such as the history of Gi - Wa, kinds, shape and pattern and it also researched the concept of hair-design and the concept of perm-design. Consequently, this research came up with three unique works. The inspiration for these works came from the pattern of Korean traditional tile Gi-Wa. The first design idea come from vine-patterned Gi-Wa this work uses circled patterns and pin-curls. The second design came from the overlapping part of Gi-Wa so the work is completed with zig-zag winding. The last design got a motive from traditional Korean houses with Gi - Wa roofing. It contains diagonal line winding and quarter circ1ed pattern. The perm designs in this research are a11 applied to the same haircut style so a wide variety of hair-design elements might not be seen in this research. The needs of contemporary customers has becomes more diversified and individualized. Therefore, a variety of research into haircut, color and length are necessary to satisfy the contemporary customer' s desire.

        미용실 종사자의 행동유형에 따른 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향

        As the society’ s perception on the hair service is transforming and as the hair service industry is increasing in size as the businesses are growing, there is a greater need to develop the set of standards needed for the emotions that the hair industry employees express at the point of contact with customers to ensure improved service quality and to differentiate the service as well. In particular, in case of the hair industry employees, there are many instances in which individuals’ emotion is neglected or repressed due to the customer centered working environment. Thus, they are bound to experience significant amount of emotional labor while carrying out their work. Moreover, they are experiencing diverse set of job stresses due to the relationship with customers, repetitive work, long working hours and others. Accordingly, this research used DiSC Behavior Type to classify the personal characteristics of the hair industry employees, and sought to examine how emotional labor following each behavior type influences job stress. This research will hopefully provide necessary information and academic data concerning the operation of the personnel in the hair service industry field going forth, to help carry out effective HR management. As for the research method, self-administered survey method was used. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 16.0. As for the analytical method applied to the data, they were multiple regression analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, hair industry employees’ DiSC Behavior Type distribution was examined, which demonstrated that the share of the sociable type (Type i) which is the type that likes to socialize with others was the highest. Influence of the emotional labor by the DiSC Behavior Type on the job stress was identified. Job stress level also increased when the emotional labor level increased. The study was shown that the emotional labor following each behavior type of the hair industry employees exert different influence on the job stress. Likewise, it is necessary to carry out effective HR management that factors in the type of individuals’ behavior for the employee management.

        미용전공 학생들의 플립러닝 학업태도가 학업성취도 및 지속참여도에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to investigate the influence of flipped learning on academic achievements and continuous participation among students majoring in cosmetology. In addition, it attempted to examine if a mixed teaching method (online approach + offline approach) has a positive effect on students in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among students majoring in cosmetology who previously experienced flipped learning. A total of 603 responses were used for the final analysis, and the results found the following: According to demographic analysis, ‘women’, ‘20s’ and ‘college student’ were the highest in terms of gender, age, and educational background, respectively. Concerning the influence of flipped learning on academic achievements, ‘learning motivation’, ‘learning attitude’, and ‘confidence’ had a statistically significant effect on ‘learners.’ The above results confirm that flipped learning is already valuable as a teaching approach and can enhance academic achievement and continuous participation. Also, it is anticipated with new learning methods such as video, it would be more advantageous than conventional offline learning in enhancing the students’ attention and interest.

        미용실 종사자의 DiSC 행동유형별 직무스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to know levels of job stress, coping strategies and job satisfaction used DiSC Behavior Patterns to classify the personal characteristics of the hair service employees. Depending on the individual characteristics of workers who experience job stress at work and there will be differences in coping strategies. In this study, this salon professionals, this type of job stress and coping strategies DiSC behavior affects job satisfaction and want to know what the hair service industry in the field next to the foundation for effective personnel management is to provide information. Distribution of DiSC behavioral patternss of beauty salon workers influence pattern(i pattern) was the highest. Each act of feeling the impact of job stress and coping strategies on job satisfation resulting four kinds of patterns of behavior both getting an idea to show significant results, the dimensions of coping strategies increases, the dimension of job satisfaciton seemed to increase. For each of DiSC behavioral patterns of the different dimensions that appeared to experience job stress seen, the beauty industry in the field workers effective in managing human resources in accordance with this act through the type of profitability that we can expect to be feed.

        The insatiable desire for beauty has continued with the development of civilization and has also appeared in various ways throughout the ages. According to the needs of the times, the cultural forms of costume and aesthetics have continuously created. Looking at previous studies to date, most research is mainly based on western culture due to lack of korean historical cultural research. Accordingly, this research will focus on the characteristics of costume and hair style based on the period of the Korean War, between 1940s and 1950s. Moreover, this research will also present the background of the Korean War, the cultural background of pre and post-war and the forms of costume and hair style in that period. This research considers the background of the pre and post Korean War and it also references some earlier academic journals. This research attempts to compare and analyze the beauty culture of pre and post Korean War.

        The study the comparison on the level of attention on the hair among women’s annual marriage identify the characteristics of married wo men and women to meet the needs of information and intended to provide scientific data. As for the research method, self-administered survey method was used. Collected data was analysis using SPSS 16.0. As a result The level of attention on the hair factor analysis was classified interest, rick perception, perception of others at the surrounding area, change of surroundings, information. And, Annual marriage was identity the level of attention on the hair factor that perception of others at the surrounding area, information. Likewise, it is necessary to carry out effective beauty marketing to know needs of consumer.

        건축과 헤어디자인에 표현된 해체주의 특성

        Modern society is directed form dualistic view of the world represented by modernistic uniformization, standardization, and uniformity leading the societies and philosophical ideology in the 20th century to pluralistic view of the world in which various diversities are mixed for complicated social structures and satisfaction of human desire. In the 21st century, especially, rapid spread of technological civilization with changes in social, philosophical foundation turned out to be new cultural phenomena emphasizing expression of images such as visual, emotional aspects. With post-modernism, deconstruction for pure art principle was circulated all around architects and designers to be applied and changed in various aspects beyond time and space. Modes of deconstruction are being seen as complicated and genre-over methods of expression by using video and mass media in which various diversities are mixed for complicated social structures and satisfaction of human desire. The purpose of this study is to identify characteristics of deconstructive expression as hair designing. Architecture and hair designing were compared and analyzed because the two are the representative plastic arts reflecting trends of philosophy and art in the era of architecture. Therefore the author purports to understand and analyze characteristics of deconstruction in which one structure is understood and standardized ones changed to be non-standardized ones centered on authenticity with analytic, critical, and deconstructive methods in modern hair designing. The essence of designing is process of continuous changing. Deconstruction designing expressed in architecture and hair designing should not have limits in expression of forms in expression originality and artistry, need to give senses that are not go out of the sense of the times, not simple changes or manipulation of forms, and require coping with the flow of archtecture and hair designing susceptibly by widening the breadth of coaception.

        This study is to find out the effect of service quality that service value, clients' satisfaction and reason of the revisit after changing hairdressers. The purpose of this study is to provide research data and inform to customer about service improvement for human resource management and to help establish marketing strategies. As a result of the effect of service quality after changing hair dressers was to appear the beneficial influence that clients' satisfaction and intention to revisit. After finding out the effect on the value of service after hairdresser replacement; the quality of the service was the most significant factor of clients satisfaction. The service quality is divided into Five things that Responsibility, Confidence, Corporeality, Reliability and Sympathy and Customer satisfaction is divided into Two things that Technical satisfaction and Service satisfaction. First of all, A study on the effect of the value of service on the quality of the service, the value of service was influenced by same pattern when the quality of the service to customer is increased as Sympathy, Responsibility, and Confidence. Second, A study on the effect of the client's satisfaction on the quality of the service, the technical satisfaction was influenced by same pattern when the quality of service to customer is increased as Confidence and Reliability. In addition, A study on the effect of the client's intention to revisit on the quality of the service, the confidence of the service effected the quality of the service, clients' satisfaction and intention to revisit with good beneficial. In other words after changing the hairdresser, the quality of the service is affected by revisiting the beauty parlor on the value of the service and client's satisfaction. Therefore after changing the hairdresser, base on the research results, if we improve the quality of the service, it is considered leading customer to revisit with clients' satisfaction
