본 연구는 직장인의 자기계발을 위한 기업교육시장에서 전문적인 강사활동을 하면서 1인 창조기업으로 성공하기 위한 몇가지 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 직업적 관점에서 성공요인은 강사의 지명도, 강의기술, 강의내용으로 이들은 후천적인 자기계발과 노력을 통해서도 습득할 수 있으며, 성공적인 창업활동을 유지하는데 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 창업적 관점에서 성공요인은 전문적인 분야에서의 창업교육을 통한 철저한 창업준비, 창업가의 개인적인 특질과 환경, 사업 아이디어의 발견과 구체적인 목표의 설정이 성공적인 창업활동을 유지하는데 도움을 주고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업교육 명강사로서 1인창조기업으로 성공하는 창업성공요인을 분석하는데 활용될 수 있으며, 기업교육 전문강사로서 창업활동을 하고자 하는 예비창업자들에게 성공적인 창업을 위한 중요한 참고가 되길 바란다. The purpose of this study is to examine several factors that will help us succeed as an independent creative firm by delivering lectures related to the education programs of companies, specializing in the self-development of office workers. From an occupational perspective, the success factors are recognition as a lecturer, lecture skills and contents taught in lectures. They are acquirable through self-development and other efforts, and have a significant role to play in sustaining successful entrepreneurship. From an entrepreneurial viewpoint, a thorough preparation for business such as specialized entrepreneurship training, an entrepreneur's personal characteristics and environment, and discovery of business ideas and concrete goal setting are included among the success factors. The results of the study can be utilized as a useful guide for those who are getting ready to start up a business.
