고령 소비자의 디지털 리터러시 역량이 디지털 취약성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 대유행을 지나면서 디지털 경제로 급전환되는 과정에서 소외되고 있는 고령층의 소비현황과 디지털 인식 변화에 따른 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 취약성에 대하여 알아보는 것이다. 우리나라는 65세 이상 인구 비율이 지속적인 증가추세를 보이고 있고 2026년에는 초고령 사회로 도달할 것이라는 전망이 나오고 있는 상황에서 새로운 기술의 등장과 급격한 산업환경 변화는 편의성 확대와 신산업 창출 등의 긍정적인 측면도 있지 만 고령층과 같은 취약계층의 경우에는 이러한 변화에 적응하지 못하게 되면서 정보 획득 수준과 정보 활용역량이 다른 계층에 비해 낮게 나타나며 이는 계층 간에 정보격차를 섬화시키고 경제·사회적 불평등을 야기할 수 있다. 기존 선행연구들에서도 고령자들의 디지털 격차로 인하여 디지털 소외가 발생하고 있으며, 이를 위한 사회적 관심과 지원 방안들을 제시하고 있지만 본 연구에서는 이를 더 세분화하여 고령 소비자들을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시 역량이 디지털 취약성에 미치는 영향에 대 한 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumption status of the elderly who are alienated in the process of rapidly transitioning to the digital economy after the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic, and digital literacy and vulnerability due to changes in digital perception. In Korea, the proportion of people aged 65 or older is on the nse and is expected to reach a super-aged society by 2026, and new technologies and rapid changes in the industrial environment are positive, but vulnerable groups such as the elderly do not adapt to these changes, which can deepen the information gap and cause economic and social inequality. In previous studies, digital alienation occurs due to the digital gap of the elderly, and social interest and support measures are suggested for this, but this study aims to further subdivide this and present a research direction to re - examine digital literacy and vulnerability for elderly consumers.
