국비 지원 뷰티 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국가지원 뷰티 관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 수강생의 지각된유용성과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것 이였다. 연구참여자는 서울·경기 소재 국비지원 교육기관(학원)에 수강자 362명을 임의표집방법으로 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계패키지 26.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계;요인분석;신뢰도분석;상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째;교육서비스품질;지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동의 변인들은 상호 상관관계가 통계적 유의하게 나타내었다. 둘째;교육서비스품질은 지각된 유용성에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+)영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째;교육서비스품질은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동;직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향을 나타내었다. 넷째;지각된 유용성은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동과 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국비지원 뷰티관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질을 재평가하여 뷰티관련 국비지원 사업의 효율성을 높이고 교육 서비스품질 향사아에 기초자료로서 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this investigate the effect of the educational institution service quality f the government-supported beauty-related educational institution on the students’ perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior. Participations in the study collected 362 students at a government-funded educational institution located in Seoul and Gyeon-ggi by a convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics;factor analysis;reliability analysis;correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical package version 26.0 version. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows: First;educational service quality;perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior showed a statistically significant positive(+) correlation. Second;it was found that educational service quality had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness. Third;the educational service quality showed a positive(+) influence on the career preparation behavior of information collection activities and job preparation activities. Fourth;the perceived usefulness was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior of the information collection activities ad job preparation activities. The results of this research can be used as basic data to increase the efficiency of beauty-related government funding projects by evaluating the quality of education services of state-funded beauty related educational institutions.

레몬 및 유칼립투스 에센셜오일의 피부 상재균에 대한 항산화 및 항균 효과

레몬 오일과 유칼립투스 오일은 노화방지, 살균작용과 같은 다양한 효능을 가진 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 특정 피부 상재균에 대한 항균 효과와 항산화 효과는 아직 연구가 미비한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 DPPH 라디칼 소거능 실험과 paper disc 방법을 이용하여 단일 오일들과 혼합오일의 항산화와 항균 활성을 검증하고자 하였다. 레몬 오일은 높은 DPPH 소거능을 보였으나 유칼립투스 오일은 아주 약한 소거능을 보였다. 두 오일을 혼합한 경우에는 효과가 증대되지 않았다. Paper disc 기법을 이용한 항균 효과 시험에서는 두 오일 모두 Candida albicans (C. albicans)와 Propionibacterium acnes (P. acne)에서 항균력이 우수하며 농도의존적인 효능이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 두 오일을 혼합 하였을 때 P. acne에 대하여 항균 활성이 상승됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합적으로 볼 때, 레몬오일과 유칼립투스 오일의 혼합 오일은 천연성분으로서 균으로 야기된 문제성 피부나 여드름 피부를 개선시키는데 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. Lemon and eucalyptus oils were known to have various biological effects such as anti-aging and sterilizing action. However these essential oils were not well studied about their antioxidant activity and antimicrobial activity against specific skin flora. In this study, we investigated antioxidant activity and antimicrobial activity of lemon and eucalyptus oils by using DPPH radical scavening activity and paper disc method. Lemon oil showed the high DPPH scavenging activity, while eucalyptus oil did not. Blending oils of lemon and eucalyptus had little enhancememt on antioxidant activity. Paper disc method demonstrated that each oil had a high antimicrobial effect against C. albicans and P. acnes in a concentration dependent manner. The blending oils had enhancememt on antimicrobial effect against P. acnes. In conclusion, the blending oil of lemon and eucalyptus can be used as a more effective natural agents for cure of skin trouble and acne.
