SEA 기법을 이용한 보강 원통형 셸의 수중방사소음 해석

The vibration generated by the machinery on board is transmitted to the hull and into the water. At the early design stage, the prediction of the hull vibration and the radiated noise level is very important to reduce their levels. In this study, SAE(Statistical Energy Analysis) technique is applied to predict structureborne noise level of the hull considering fluid loading. Rayleigh integral is applied to predict the radiated noise level. The results of comparision between the predictions and measurements for the reinforced cylindrical shell have shown good agreements.

Resilient mounting is effective measures to reduce the structure-borne noise and radiated noise for many applications. The acoustic stiffness (frequency-dependent stiffness) of resilient mounts is an important parameter required in order to model vibration isolation with high accuracy. It is general to use measurement method for obtaining acoustic stiffness of complex resilient mounts under static preload. In this paper, the principles of measuring acoustic stiffness were described and the developed test apparatus was introduced. Also, the feasibility of the test apparatus is illustrated by measurement results of a resilient mount.

Analytical model is derived for the far-field acoustic radiation from machinery installed inside cylindrical shell. The analytical model includes the effect of fluid loading and interactions between periodic ring supports. Transmitted force from machine to a shell can be different by the impedance of shell. In this paper the transmitted force from machinery to a infinite shell through vibration isolator is considered by the impedance of shell. The effect of the shell impedance for acoustic radiation is investigated.
