        Major in Elementary Korean Language Education Graduate School of Education Busan National University of Education Sijo is the only literary style that contains Korean people’s spirit and sentiment, having been transcended from prehistoric folk songs to contemporary sijo. Such longevity of a certain literary style means its literary value, and shows that sijo is well matched with Korean people’s life and sense. The research, recognizing necessity of various study materials and teaching method significantly required in sijo education, student-oriented instruction, and teaching and studying method appropriate for sijo unit, and as a method to teach creation of sijo, uses speaker’s speaking principle. In chapter I, necessity of sijo creation teaching is suggested and relevant previous studies are reviewed. While there are many research results, speaker’s speaking principled has never been applied to sijo creation. Thus, to create sijo, sijo creation instruction’s step-by-step program and speaker’s speaking principle are used and related process and method of research is examined. In chapter II, characteristics of sijo genres by literary records, and elementary school sijo instruction’s present situation are examined. Sijo education’s present status revealed by the 7th Korean Language Education Course and sijos included in Korean textbooks are discussed, and necessity and meaning of sijo creation education is provided. In chapter III, speaker’s speaking principle and sijo creation teaching method by using the principle are mentioned. By devising sijo creation instruction’s step-by-step program, basic sijo creation procedure is suggested. And, also the principle of speaker’s speaking is examined and patternized form of it is suggested. In chapter IV, actual procedure of sijo creation instruction using speaker’s speaking principle and development and application mechanism of sijo study instruction materials are suggested. First, results applied with step-by-step program of sijo creation instruction, which is sijo creation instruction’s basic principle, is provided. Then, by using speaker’s speaking principle, applied results for the writing step among the step-by-step programs of sijo creation instruction is suggested. Future sijo education basically needs effective instruction method rather than sijo theoretical structure, and sijo creation combined with sijo reading, rather than sijo reading alone, must be followed. For this, it is necessary to study and develop instruction materials that are suited with current education environment and efficient, and actually apply them in education field. Hence, for vitalization of sijo education, effective teaching method reflecting change in of time and perspective and research on instruction materials need to continue.

        경남지역 가금류 도축장 신선육에서 분리한 Salmonella spp.와 Enterococcus faecalis의 독성인자 보유 패턴 분석

        In order for monitoring of pathogenic bacterial contamination in the freshly slaughtered poultry meats produced in Gyeong-Nam province, we first isolated 4 strains of Salmonella spp. and 32 strains of Enterococcus faecalis from the total 164 samples, then we analyzed potential virulence gene profiles of the bacterial isolates by PCR using species-specific primer. The potential virulence genes we selected in this study were stn, invA, fimA, spvR, and spvC for the isolates of Salmonella spp. and those of esp, cylM, cylA, cylB, gelE, fsrA, fsrB, and fsrC were for the isolates of E. faecalis. The PCR results showed that all 5 virulence genes were detected simultaneously in the all isolates of Salmonella spp. However, there was a diverse occurrence pattern of the virulence genes in the case of E. faecalis. The gene for enterococcal surface protein (esp) was not detected among the isolates (0/32), and the haemolysin gene prevalence rate of cylA, cylB, and cylM were 3.1% (1/32), 9.3% (3/32), and 9.3% (3/32), respectively. Moreover, the genes of gelE, fsrA, fsrB, and fsrC that associated with gelatinase activity were detected in the rate of 53.1% (17/32), 53.1% (17/32), 53.1% (17/32), and 53.1% (17/32), respectively. In conclusion, in the isolates of Salmonella spp., all possessed 5 virulence genes tested, suggesting that they are all related with each other clonally. However, in the case of E. faecalis isolates, the occurrence of the haemolysin genes (cylM, cylA, cylB) and the gelatinase genes (gelE, fsrABC) was highly variable among the isolates.

        난치성 만성정신분열증 환자의 생활의 질에 미치는 정신사회치료 프로그램의 효과에 대한 예비연구

        Objects : Recent studies of psychosocial adjustment after hospitalization have found that the combination of maintenance antipsychotic drug treatment and psychosocial treatment including psychoeducational program are highly predictive of social rehabilitation and reduction of subsequent relapse. Two groups of patients with refractory chronic schizophrenia were preliminarily compared to determine the effect of a psychosocial treatment program on the quality of life in refractory chronic schizophrenics in an open comparative trial. Methods : One group(N=11) was assigned to approximately six months of the psychosocial treatment program(including psychoeducation program and activity program such as interpersonal relationship program, social skill training, self management program, outings, etc), in a group format, twice a week and a fixed maintenance dosage of clozapine ; while scale(QLS) was used to provide an objective measure of changes in patient's psychosocial functioning and a general assessment of psychopathology was made using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS). Results : Both BPRS total positive score and the QLS total score, especially in the intrapsychic foundation factor of the scale showed a statistically significant improvement in the psychosocial treatment group. But there was no significant change in both BPRS and QLS scores over a 6-month period in the non-psychosocial treatment group. A significant negative correlation was found between the negative symptom and changes of QLS total, instrumental role and common object and activities scores respectively after receiving a 6-month of the psychosocial treatment program. Conclusion : These results suggest that a psychosocial treatment program including the integration of psychoeducation and a skill training oriented activity program serve as an outpatient treatment modality to improve the quality of the life in refractory chronic schizophrenia. To further clarify the effect of psychosocial treatment in chronic schizophrenia, a randomized trial should be done.
