완성품 제조업체의 발주 리드타임의 단축이 부품 공급업체의 기업성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내의 대표적 전자업체인 A사와 A사에 부품을 공급하는 업체들을 대상으로 하여 A사가 전반적인 공급사슬관리의 성과를 개선하기 위하여 적용한 발주 리드타임의 단축과 관련된 지침이 부품 공급업체에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 어떠한 기업성과를 가져왔는지에 대하여 연구하는 것이다. 연구의 독립변수는 발주 리드타임의 단축 요인으로서 수요예측과 확정수주를, 매개변수로서 유연대응 체계는 자재조달 유연성과 생산 유연성을, 조절변수로서는 프로세스 혁신을, 종속변수는 기업성과로서 재무적 성과와 고객만족 성과를 선정하여 연구하였다. 가설검정 결과 발주 리드타임의 단축은 유연대응 체계에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나는데 주로 확정수주가 유연대응 체계에 주요한 영향을 미치며, 유연대응 체계는 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 또한 발주 리드타임의 단축과 기업성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 프로세스 혁신은 유연대응 체계와 기업성과 사이에서 조절변수로서의 역할은 하지 않는 것으로 검증 되었다. This study was aimed at A company, a Korean electronics company, and its parts suppliers, and research was conducted to determine how parts supplies were affected by instructions regarding acceleration of variation in placing an order, which is being applied to improve the performance of the overall supply chain management by A company, and what kind of corporate performance resulted from this change. As an independent variable of the study, the study used demand forecasting and confirmed received orders. Also concerning the flexible handling system as a parameter, the study used flexibility of material supply and flexibility of production. In addition, the study used process innovation as a control variable and financial performance and customer satisfaction performance as corporate performance. The study conducted research on these variables. As a result of testing the hypotheses, acceleration was discovered to have a positive (+) effect on the flexible handling system. Then, mainly confirmed fixed orders affected the flexible handling system significantly, and the flexible handling system had a positive (+) effect on corporate performance. Also, it was found to play a mediating role between the acceleration of change in placing an order and corporate performance; however, process innovation was proven not to play a role as a control variable between the flexible handling system and corporate performance.
