유아교사의 놀이지도 인식, 놀이교수효능감, 교사-유아 상호작용 간의 구조적 관계

연구 목적: 본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이지도 인식, 놀이교수효능감, 교사-유아상호작용 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다 연구 방법: 전국의 유아교사 중 현재 재직하고 있는 200명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 자료수집은 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구 내용: 검증에 관한 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 유아교사의 놀이지도인식, 놀이교수효능감, 교사-유아상호작용의 연구모형 적합도가 인정되었다. 둘째, 놀이지도인식이 교사-유아상호작용에 대한 직접효과 및 놀이교수효능감을 통한 간접효과가 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 연구모형을 바탕으로 현장에서 교사-유아상호작용이 질적으로 우수하게 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 논의해 보았다. This study intended to analyze the structural relationships among early childhood teachers’ perception of play guidance, play teaching efficacy, and teacher-infant interaction. Two hundred incumbent early childhood teachers nationwide were selected as subjects, and data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The data collected were verified using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. Following are the results of the study on verification: First, the goodness of fit of the early childhood teacher’s perception of play guidance, play teaching efficacy, and teacher-infant interaction model was recognized. Second, the perception of play guidance showed a direct effect on teacher-infant interaction and an indirect effect through play teaching efficacy. Based on the research model, the ways to achieve high-quality teacher-child interaction in the field were discussed.
