        Analysis of roughness of wave hair formed by thermal perm

        헤어미용을 통한 외모 관리는 미용산업의 근간(根幹)을 이루면서 열을 이용한 퍼머넌트 웨이브는 헤어살롱에서 많이 시술되고 있지만, 열 퍼머넌트 웨이브 시술로 인한 모발 손상은 불가피한 현실이다. 따라서 모발 웨이브 형성력을 더욱 높일 수 있고 고객의 모발 손상을 최소화할 수 있는 열 퍼머넌트 웨이브에 대한 효율적인 방안을 제시할 목적으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 후두부의 버진 헤어를 채취하여 thermal rod pretreatment and thermal permanent wave treatment를 한 후, Atomic Force Microscope를 통한 모발 거칠기 분석과 3D-image를 연구하였다. 연구 결과 평균 거칠기(Ra)와 십점 평균 거칠기(Rz) 모두 4구간이 각각 223nm와 853nm로 산출되면서 가장 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 실험 데이터의 표본이 적은 한계성을 지니고 있으나 본 연구를 통해 웨이브 형성력을 더욱 상승시킬 수 있으며, 고객 모발의 큐티클 보호와 함께 모발 손상을 최소화할 수 있는 열 퍼머넌트 웨이브에 대한 객관적인 방안 제시가 현실적으로 가능해질 것으로 판단한다. Appearance management through hair beauty forms the basis of the beauty industry, while permanent waves using heat are often used in hair salons, but hair damage due to thermal permanent wave treatment is an inevitable reality. Therefore, this study was conducted for the purpose of presenting an efficient method for thermal permanent wave that can further increase hair wave formation ability and minimize customer's hair damage. After collecting virgin hair from the occipital region, thermal rod pretreatment and thermal permanent wave treatment were performed, and hair roughness analysis and 3D-image were studied using an Atomic Force Microscope. As a result of the study, both the average roughness (Ra) and the ten point average roughness (Rz) were calculated as 223 nm and 853 nm for 4 sections, respectively, showing the highest values. Although the number of samples of the experimental data is limited, the wave forming power can be further increased through this study, and it is expected that it will be practically possible to propose an objective method for thermal permanent wave that can minimize hair damage as well as protect the cuticle of the customer's hair.Judge.

        의료이용 전,후 기대와 만족수준 비교

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumer`s expectation before the gealth care service and the consumer`s satisfaction after it. The participants of the study are inpatients in a general hospital located in Seoul. The resources were collected from the self-administration questionnaire survey run paralled with face to face interview. In order to measure the degree of the consumer`s expectation, 349 samples were collected from the first questionnaire survey on the date of admission to the hospital. The second questionnaire survey was camed out on the date of discharge to the hospital with the participants responding to the first questionnaire survey. There are 154 samples collected from this survey. The results from the analysis of these resources are as follow. First, the survey shows that one of the highest consumers` expectations was about the generosity, kindliness and sincerity from the staff at the hospital, specially from doctors. Second, according to the analysis of the factor affecting the expectations of the consumers, with regard to path of admission to a hospital relating to patient`s features, outpatient who gets into a hospital expected good medical care much more than the other patients. In regard of doctor`s features, patients usually and highly expect good medical care from doctors who have good carrier and much experience. Third, according to the second questionnaire survey, what patiens are satisfied most with is about the generosity and sincerity from staff at a hospital, especially from doctors and their good attitudes. The results from survey show that the differences among the degree of consumers` satisfaction are very variable, depending on surrounding environments and facilities. The only fact that expectation didn`t meet with satisfaction appered to the case about technology and skill of medical care and the case about updated medical skills and equipments. Fourth, comparing the degree of expectation with the degree of satisfaction of consumers, correlative analysis was concerned significantly and specifically ablut the part of overall cleaniness relating to facilities and surrounding environments, the items about medical examination and test plan procedure, and the items about satisfying explanations and concern about patients from doctors relating to staff`s generosity and sincerity. Fifth, the analysis of the factors affecting the degree of how much patients are satisfied with shows that relating to sociodemographical features, patients are not satisfied with the case when the time and process of medical treatment are getting longer. It is surveyed that consumer were satisfied with the motivation to visit a hospital and the insurance type in patient`s feature and so were the medical department and the factor of the degree of the expectation in disease`s frature. Sixth, according to analysis based on the survey, patients would join again a hospital when they get satisfaction from the medical care and also they want to come again regarding to doctor`s capability. For example, when doctors are old, have a good carrier and much experience, patients would come again. As seen from the above, consumers are susally satisfied with the medical treatment more than that they expected before. They would intend to use again when they get satisfaction from the medical care provided at a hospital. Patients and consumers highly expect good attitude as well as capacity from medical doctors and they are also generally satisfied with those things. Therefore, in order to increase the degree of consumer`s satisfaction and their intention to come again, the hospital staff would have to mommit themselves to achieve high quality service continuously and would have to make an effort to offer the finest quality service.

        이, 미용사 국가기술 자격증 취득 선호도 및 동향 분석에 관한 연구

        현대사회의 미용은 예술과 과학이 융합적으로 접목된 전문 직종으로서 이, 미용인으로 입문하기 위하여 국가기술 자격증 취득은 일상적 통관 절차이다. 또한 예비 미용인이 선호하는 이, 미용 국가기술 자격증과 취업 분야에 대한 객관적 자료 제시가 필요한 시점이기 때문에 미래 미용산업에서 성공을 설계하는 뷰티아카데미 수강생들이 선호하는 이, 미용 국가기술 자격증에 대한 인식과 동향을 다각도 분석하였다. 분석 결과 선호하는 국가기술 자격증과 희망하는 취업 분야는 매우 높은 상관성을 보였으며 남성, 젊은 연령층, 미혼자, 학생층에서는 개인의 적성과 흥미를 우선순위로 선택한 반면 30대 이상, 기혼자나 이혼자, 자영업자, 회사원, 주부에서는 취업 전망의 선택 비율이 월등히 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 미용 인재의 본질적 성향과 발전 방향에 대한 모색을 도모할 수 있으며, 향후 국가기술 자격증 교육에 대한 바람직한 연구개발의 방향을 설정하고 뷰티아카데미 시장의 활성화에도 크게 기여하리라 사료한다. Beauty in the modern society is a professional occupation in which art and science are fusion-integrated, and in order to enter as a beautician, obtaining a national technical certificate is a routine customs clearance procedure. As it is time to present objective data on the national technology license and employment fields preferred by prospective beauticians, it is a time to analyze the perceptions and trends of the national technical license of the beautician preferred by beauty academy students who design success in the future beauty industry. Did. As a result of the analysis, the preferred national skill certificate and the desired employment field showed a very high correlation, and the personality and interests of the male, younger, unmarried, and student groups were selected as the priority, while the 30s or older, married or divorced, self-employed, and office workers, Housewives had a much higher rate of employment prospects. Through this study, it is possible to seek the essential tendency and development direction of beauty talents, and it is thought that it will set a desirable direction for R&D for education of national technical qualifications in the future and greatly contribute to the activation of the beauty academy market.
