소뇌 출혈 환자에 대한 ICF Tool을 적용한 중재전략의 증례

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to describe the Intervention strategy applied ICF Tool about patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods : The data was collected by patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. We applied the ICF Tool for patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. Parameters of result were collected for using the Timed up and go test, Berg balance scale and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the patient for Timed up and go test, Berg balance scale and ICF assessment sheet. patient with cerebellar hemorrhage improved all test. Conclusion : ICF Tool applied Intervention about patient with cerebellar hemorrhage is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice. .

PNF기법을 적용한 슬링운동이 만성요통환자의 통증과 균형능력에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sling exercise with PNF basic procedure in patients with chronic low back pain. Methods : This study included 14 patients with chronic low back pain, who were performed sling exercise combined PNF basic procedure. The exercise program comprised 3 sessions of 30 minutes per week for 8 weeks. The VAS(Visual analogue Scale) and BBS(Berg Balance Scale) were evaluated before and after training. All data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Results : Significant differences were observed the chronic low back pain patient for VAS, BBS. Chronic low back pain patient improved all test. Conclusion : Sling exercise with PNF basic procedure about chronic low back pain patient is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.

풀루오르 규산염과 염산염 전해액에 의한 조 비스무트의 전해정연 (電解精鍊)

不純한 金屬비스무트를 珪弗酸비스무트 電解液과 鹽化 비스무트電解液으로 電解精鍊하는 方法들에 관하여 比較實驗을 하였다. 두 方法이 다 工業化되고 있으나 적어도 99.99%의 순수한 金屬 비스무트를 얻는 方法으로서는 珪弗酸法이 適合하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또 陽極으로 사용하는 粗비스무트는 너무 不純한 것을 사용하는 것은 精鍊의 效果와 電解液의 適性管理上 不適當하고 99% 정도의 比較的 순수한 비스무트를 陽極으로 사용하는 것이 有利하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 電解條件을 適當한 범위로 選定하면 위의 두 方法이 다같이 100%에 가까운 電流效率을 얻을 수 있고 陰極에 析出한 비스무트의 電極에의 密着性과 結晶狀態가 다음의 融解工程으로 넘기는데 크게 支障이 없을 것으로 看做되었다. 더욱 平滑한 電着을 얻기 위한 添加劑의 效果는 珪弗酸法에서는 有效하였으나 鹽酸法에서는 觀測할 수 없었다. Crude bismuth from a smelter was electrolyzed in fluosilicate and chloride baths in order to assure 99.99% purity. Both processes can be utilized for commercial application with adherent cathode deposit and almost theoretical current efficiency for this purpose, with the exception of the problem of separation of silver, for which the fluosilicate bath was, preferable. With high grade of anode bismuth, high purity cathode deposits was obtained in addition to which, the electrolysis can be carried out free of operational troubles with longer life of electrolyte. The effect of addition agents, e.g. glue, was observed favorably in fluosilicate bath, but not in chloride solution. The typical operating data are summerized as follows;
