The purpose of this study is to gain the results making them experience the interdisciplinary performance arts content in a positive way that other college students can experience new courses to find their strengths and to gain connectivity with their majors before choosing to drop out or take a leave of absence. As a method of research, a form of qualitative research, Narrative Inquiry was used to understand the participants' experiences, identify the real experiences they experienced during their major courses, and find out the meaning of it. To this end, it was derived the results of ‘Awareness the connectivity with my major, ‘memory of one’s body through practical experience, 'Self-directed confidence recovery through the use of one's major.’, and ‘It is necessary to confirm feasibility and possibility through field experience. We hope to listen to the students, expand their single-minded ideas, and develop 'other experiences' so that they can develop their fields through 'linked' rather than 'forgo'. As a follow-up study, there should be a study of creative class forms and programs that can be experienced directly

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 전문적인 자질과 직접 관련된 자신 및 타인의 수업능력을 평가하기 위한 도구개발과 이 도구의 타당성을 밝히는데 있다. 본 연구는 대집단 이야기나누기와 소집단 조형활동의 수업을 평가할 수 있는 수업평가도구를 개발하고, 이 도구에 의해 교사의 실제 수업행동을 담은 비디오 수업자료를 평가해보게 한 다음 교사의 자기평가와 유아교육 전문가의 평가와의 일치도를 통해 본 평가도구의 타당도를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아교사의 수업평가 문항 선정 질문지 조사를 실시하였으며 유치원교사 166명을 대상으로 비디오 수업자료에 의한 개방형 질문지 조사하였다. 다음은 유아교사 수업평가 문항의 내용 타당도 검증 및 수정하고 유치원 교사와 유아교육관련 전문가에게 의뢰하여 유아교사의 수업평가도구 시안 완성한 후 수업평가도구 적용하였다. 본 조사에서는 공사립유치원교사 212명을 대상으로 비디오 수업자료에 의한 평가를 실시하여 유아교사의 수업평가도구를 확정하였고, 수업평가점수가 상위인 교사 2인, 하위인 교사 2인을 대상으로 유아교사의 자기평가와 유아교육전문가의 평가의 일치도를 통한 타당도를 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구의 타당도를 검증한 결과, 비디오 수업자료를 활용한 유아교사 수업평가도구는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실제 교수행동에 있어 유아교사 자기평가와 전문가 평가간의 일치도를 살펴본 결과 상위집단 교사는 자신의 수업을 비교적 일관되게 평가하는 반면에 하위집단 교사는 자신의 수업을 정확하게 평가하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 비디오 수업자료를 활용하여 개발한 유아교사의 수업평가도구는 타당하다고 결론을 내릴 수 있다. This study tries to develop and validate the Early Childhood Teacher"s Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation Scale (TEES), a scale that can be used in early childhood education settings. It seeks to answer two questions: Is TEES a valid and reliable measure for evaluating teaching effectiveness? And how is the consistency between the selected teachers" own teaching effectiveness evaluation and researcher"s? In an early childhood education setting, a total of 166 early childhood educators watched authentic video segments of story sharing and small group art activity time. As they watched, they evaluated the teachers" teaching effectiveness. In the second phase of this study, 212 early childhood teachers, absent from the initial phase of the study, evaluated teachers" teaching effectiveness using TEES while watching the first phase’s video segments. The results from the second phase were used to examine the validity and the reliability of the original items. Afterwards, four teachers from among the 212 had their own classroom management video taped. Using that video segment, the study evaluated the degree of consistency between the selected teachers" evaluations regarding teachers" teaching effectiveness and that of the researchers. The study found evidence that the TEES is an appropriate instrument for evaluating teacher"s teaching effectiveness. It also found that of the four early childhood teachers, two scored high and the other two scored low on the TEES. The degree of consistency between the selected teachers" evaluations and those of the researchers" was found to be high.

무용 전공자들이 완벽한 동작을 수행하기 위하여 끊임없이 연습을 반복하고 있다. 이러한 노력 과정에서 무용 전공자들은 자신의 능력을 믿고 연습에 임하는 것은 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 특히, 능력믿음이 동기적 성향인 무용열정에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 이를 통하여 행동을 예측할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에는 무용 전공자들이 인지하고 있는 능력믿음과 무용열정과의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 고등학교 및 대학교에서 무용을 전공하고 있는 남?여 152명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 다변량 분산분석, 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 전공에 따른 능력믿음에 차이는 나타나지 않았으나, 전공별 무용열정에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 능력 믿음과 무용열정은 정적인 상관을 보였으며, 구체적으로 살펴보면 실재 능력믿음의 안정적 요인은 무용열정의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미쳤고, 증가된 믿음의 향상 요인은 무용열정의 무용정체성에 강한 영향을 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 무용전공 학생들의 능력믿음은 무용열정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 설명할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between ability beliefs and dance passion among students majoring dance. For this, 152 students who major in dance participated in this study. And, collected data were analyzed through MANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that dance ability belief did not different following kind of major, but dance passion did. Also, it was showed positive relationship between ability belief and dance passion. Stable in entity beliefs had effect on all of dance passion factors and improvement in incremental beliefs influenced the dance identity of passion. Consequently, this research showed that ability belief had positive correlated with dance passion among student majoring dance.
무용 스트레스와 무용 자신감의 중재변인으로서 스트레스 강인성의 역할

This study was conducted for the purpose of exploring possibility of moderate role for stress hardness concretely, verifying the role of stress hardness on decreasing confidence according to the stress that high school dancers may experience, between dancing stress and dancing confidence, concretely, verifying what is role of stress hardness on decreasing confidence in accordance with dancing stress that high school students majoring in dance experience via analysis of SEM. Thus, we collected subjects with 204 high school students majoring in dance, identifying goodness of fit model of study, modified, and final model through confirmatory factor analysis and SEM. As a result of analysis, in study model external ability of confidence and promoting of exercise were deleted as factors that hinder goodness of fit model, Although in modified model there showed corresponding path with hypothesis, with considering M.I index to increase goodness of fit model composed final model because confirming index of goodness of fit was omitted. In spite of result of Final model that decline in internal confidence by coach dissatisfaction and lack of dancing achievement, it showed that dancing confidence was improved if stress hardness mediated. Consequently, it indicated that stress hardness is a valid factor as moderate role of dancing confidence and dancing stress. Therefore, we comprehensively discussed relation between variables and procedure of modified model about these results.

In order to recognize dance performance as choreographic work, it should be creativity in choreography. However, there isn’t creativity in basic actions that consist of choreography, so it"s the problem how to recognize the creativity of the dance. In this case, it can be considered if the dance corresponds to the compilation works by analogical application of the concept of compilation works. Basic actions can be materials; i f the creativity is recognized in selection, arrangement or constitution of materials then the dance performance can be choreographic work. This choreographic work can be copyrighted in the scope of the compilation work.
