본 연구의 목적은 대학생 대인관계역량검사를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 관련 선행연구들을 검토하여 연구자의 접근방식에 따라 다양하게 표현되고 있는 상호 중첩되는 구성 요인들을 통합·분류하고, 최근 채용 시 대인관계역량으로써 중요하게 평가하고 있지만 기존 검사들에서는 비중 있게 다루고 있지 않은 요인을 포함하여 대인관계역량 개념 모형을 설정하였으며, 총 5개 요인으로 구성되었다. 먼저 98개의 예비문항을 개발, 해당 분야 전문가에게 내용타당도 검증을 통해 51개의 문항을 선정한 후, 대학생 125명을 대상으로 예비검사를 실시, 문항분석, 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하여 32개 문항을 선정하였다. 이를 남녀대학생 312명에게 본검사를 실시, 확인적 요인분석 결과, 좋은 적합도가 확인되었고, TLI .902, IFI .915, CFI .912로 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, RMSEA 값 .049로 요인분석 모형이 양호한 것으로 확인되었다. 전체 문항에 대한 신뢰도는 .89, 요인별 신뢰도는 .76~.88이었다. 따라서 본 검사는 대학생의 대인관계역량을 측정하는데 유용한 도구라는 점을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to develop interpersonal competency test for university students and verify validity and reliability. Related previous studies were reviewed to integrate and classify overlapping components expressed in various ways according to the researcher's approach. we conceptualized model of interpersonal competency, including factors that are not heavily treated by existing tests. First, 98 preliminary items were developed, 51 items were selected through content validity verification to experts in the field. 32 items were selected by conducting preliminary tests on 125 university students, analyzing items, verifying validity and reliability. As a result of conducting this test on 312 university students and checking the results of confirmatory factor analysis, the good model fit was confirmed. TLI.902, IFI.915, and CFI.912 were all found to be good, and the factor analysis model was confirmed to be good with an RMSEA value of .049. The reliability of the entire items were .89, and the reliability of each factor was .76 to .88. Therefore, this test suggests that it is a useful scale for measuring university students' interpersonal competency.

대학생의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 대인관계역량의 매개효과 연구

본 연구는 대학생의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 대인관계역량의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 서울과 수도권지역의 남녀대학생 253명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS Process Macro 모형4를 이용하여 분석하였고, 부트스래핑을 통해 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 자기효능감은 대인관계역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었고, 자기효능감은 또한 삶의 만족도와 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 자기효능감은 대인관계역량을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 자기효능감과 대인관계역량을 증진시키는 효과적인 프로그램들을 개발하여 실제로 대학생들이 활용할 수 있도록 지원하는 다양한 방법들을 모색할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. The study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of interpersonal competency in the relationship between self-efficacy and life satisfaction of university students. Data were collected from 253 students in Seoul and the metropolitan area. To verify the mediating effect, the analysis was performed using the SPSS Process Macro Model 4, and the significance of the indirect effect was verified through bootstrapping. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on interpersonal competency, and self-efficacy also had a significant effect on life satisfaction. Also, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on life satisfaction through interpersonal competency. Based on the research results, it is suggested that there is a need to develop effective programs to improve university students’ self-efficacy and interpersonal competency to find various ways to support university students.
