To assess the job satisfaction of the radiotechnologists and the factors affecting to job satisfaction, a questionnaire survey was carried out on 110 radiotechnologists working in the general hospitals, local clinics, health centers and tuberculosis center in Taegu city from 1 April to 28 April 1986. The proportion of radiotechnologists who were working 10 or more hours a day was 40.5% in local clinic suggest that the working condition of them in local clinic is worse than that of those who were working only 8 hours a day in health center or tuberculosis center. The percentage of institutions which provided a regular health check-up for the radiotechnologists were 100% among general hospitals, health centers, and tuberculosis centers whereas 32.4% among local clinics. The satisfaction rate of radiotechnologists for competency development was the highest level(61.8%) and for working conditions was the lowest lever(14.5%) among job satisfaction factors. As age, working duration, total working career and monthly pay increased, the satisfaction rate of radiotechnologists for their job got higher. Age was positively correlated with total working career(r=0.992), working duration(r=0.679), monthly pay(r=4.484) and marital status(r=0.435), while education lever was negatively correlated with age(r=0.465), Marital status was correlated with monthly pay(r=0.406), and total working career(r=0.361). Monthly pay was correlated with total working caree(r=0.536) and working duration(r=0.417).

With a view to finding a possible direction of utilizing a normal value, which is obtained from the healthy farmers having different practice and way of living as well as economic ability, as a standard value for the blood cell, the following is the result of this study carried on from August to Novermber in 1984, from the object of 950 rural inhabitants (430 males and 520 females 1 of parts of six small towns in Kyongsang Buk-do. 1. The mean value of RBC of males was 495 million/㎣ with 0.30 standard deviation from 574 million/㎣ to 325 million/㎣ that of females was 443 million/㎣ (S.D. = 0.20) with rage of 300 million/㎣ - 524 million/㎣. 2. The mean vale of WBC of males was 6,640/㎣with 1.78 S.D. The value ranged from 4,100/㎣ to 12,W/㎣ ; that of females was 6,140/㎣ ranging from 4,100/㎣ to 13,000/㎣ ( S.D. = l.60) 3. The mean value of hemoglobin of males was 15.34 g/dl with 1.01 standard deviation ranging from 18.0 g//dl to 8.1 g/dl, that of females was 13.96 g/dl (S.D. =0.75) with range of 8.l g/dl - 17.0 g/dl. 4. The mean value of hematocrit of males was 45.93% with 3.59 standard deviation from 54 % to 25% ; that of females was 39.71 % with 2.72 S.D. and rangs of 20 %- 49 %. 5. The mean value of MCHC of males was 33.46% with 0.82 S.D. and rang of 29%- 37.9% ; that of females was 35.2% with 1.44 S.D. and rang of 29 %- 42.4%.

CdS film의 Memory effect에 關한 考察 : Department of Radiotechnology

A new type of memory effect which has been found by the present author is investigated in detail in evaporated CdS films at low temperatures. If the light is turned off during the periodic photocurrent oscillation, the oscillation stops and the phase of the oscillation at the moment of turning off is retained; by turning on the light again, the oscillation begins at the retained phase. The memory remains unchanged in value or polarity. the memory disappears in a certain time under the condition that the specimen is illuminated under a bias voltage smaller than the threshold voltage; In this case the life time of the memory is inversely proportional to the light intensity. It is shown that the phase memory effect is due to the travelling high field domain which is caused by field quenching and is controlled by the light and or the bias voltage.

In clinical practice it is usually difficult to determine the dose precisely where on the out-side of central axis. We are usually use the tables of TAR, SA and Percent depth dose to obtain the depth dose in tissue. We assume the Pradtic center of beam and it can be taken maximum backscatter and TAR in all of the irregular shaped field. In mid-line block, the dosimetry occures a little different of BS and percent depth dose than overall field of small field.
