        인문,사회과학편 : 기본권으로서의 장애인 스포츠권에 대한 고찰

        The prerequisite to realize a perfect attendance and equality of the disabled is that not only their welfare and education should be done but also the actions that they can use sporting facilities or information more easily and conveniently should be takea And it is necessary that the sporting rights be admitted as a constitutional right and their sporting rights be also guaranteed in an aspect of the dignity of man and value and the pursuit of happiness. But everyone admits that the welfare and sporting facilities for the disabled are necessary at least in rationality, and rejecting to found them in his or her region This reality result from the simple group-selfishness of the region residents, so we cannot ascribe all the responsibility to them We have to make communal efforts to have a new relationship about them and the facilities in aspects of the facilities and welfare administration, changing their consciousness about the facilities.More and more necessary legal actions are to prohibit their discrimination because the handicap matters have been involved in all the fields and from infancy to senescence. And those are not limited to the welfare service but will have to be gradually enlarged with a bigger category about the concept of the handicap and the wide laws to prohibit their discrimination should be submitted and the accurate statistics of them should be examined. Besides, the government and the national assembly will have to play a mediate role by continuous examination and intervention in policy to protect their human rights and to improve their discrimination, and make many efforts to enforce the administrative delivery system of the welfare and enlarge an manpower and a budget. As a people taking advantage of the basic rights in a respective sight, when we take consideration of the disabled, the subject and the object will be clearly classified only when there is a definition of the concept being based on concrete thoughts, and it is easier for the government to support in policy only in case that there is a concrete work and it will be possible to promote to submit a bill related with a nongovernmental part and a practical business.The sporting rights included in the constitution are thought to be the subject of a bill so that we can help the disabled to get their real rights back Only in case that they should be included in a subject of a law of sports promotioiv they can take advantage, and organizational efforts should be made for this.

        자연과학편 : 부모와 함께하는 지적장애 아동의 수영교실 참여가 부모-자녀 관계 만족도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 15주간 부모와 함께하는 수영교실 참여가 부모가 인식하는 부모-자녀 관계 만족도를 규명하는데 있으며, 장애를 가진 아동과 부모의 관계 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발에 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 남자 경도 지적장애를 가진 아동의 부모를 대상으로 하였다. 지적장애를 가진 아동과 함께 참여하는 수영집단의 부모 10명, 자녀만 참여하는 부모 10명, 그리고 통제집단의 부모 10명으로 구성하였으며, 총 30명으로 구성하였다. 수영교실은 15주간 주3회, 1회 운동시간은 40분으로 구성되었다. 측정된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 21.0K 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 공분산분석(Analysis of Covariance)을 실시하였으며, 모든 통계적 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 이 연구는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 15주간의 부모와 함께 참여한 수영집단은 지적장애 아동만 참여한 집단과 통제집단과 비교하여 부모가 인식하는 사후 부모-자녀 관계 만족도의 심리적 만족도, 생활문화 만족도, 의사소통 만족도 그리고 부모-자녀 관계 만족도 총점에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 연구결과를 종합해 보면, 부모와 함께하는 지적장애 아동의 수영교실 참여가 부모가 인식하는 부모-자녀 관계 만족도에 대한 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine parent-child relationship satisfaction perceived by parents regarding 15-week swimming class participation with parents and develop a program to enhance relationship between disabled children and their parents. The subjects of this paper were the parents of mildly intellectually disabled male children. The subjects were total 30 parents, 10 parents of the swimming group in which intellectually disabled children were participating with their parents, 10 parents of the group in which only children were participating, and 10 parents of the control group. The swimming class was conducted three times a week for total 15 weeks with each session lasting for 40 minutes. For analyzing the measured data, SPSS 21.0K was employed to perform Analysis of Covariance, and all the statistical significant levels were set up as .05. The study has gained the following results. Compared with the group in which only intellectually disabled children were participating and the control group, the swimming group in which children were participating with their parents for 15 weeks showed statistically significant improvement in terms of the total scores of parent-child relationship satisfaction perceived by parents after the class, that is, psychological satisfaction, living culture satisfaction, communication satisfaction, and parent-child relationship satisfaction. Thus, to sum up the results, intellectually disabled children’s participation in swimming class with parents indicated positive effects on parent-child relationship satisfaction perceived by parents.
