Local dynamic maps (LDMs) are essential components of autonomous driving. In order to transmit the location information of the object to the LDM, the object must be detected and tracked from multiple surveillance cameras. However, since most surveillance cameras operate independently, it is difficult to recognize the same object from different cameras. To properly associate multiple objects detected in images of different cameras, this paper proposed a method that uses a bottom center instead of a bounding box center. In addition, the proposed method utilizes the motion of objects to enhance the tracking performance of the method that only uses the location of objects.
