프랜차이즈 스크린 골프장 이용고객의 지각된 선택속성과 고객몰입, 고객만족, 고객충성도의 관계분석

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 스크린 골프장 이용고객들이 지각하는 선택속성이 고객몰입, 고객만족, 그리고 고객충성도와 어떠한 관계에 있는지 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이에 전라남도 순천시와 여수시에 위치하고 있는 프랜차이즈 골프장인 골프존 5곳의 이용고객들을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 설문조사는 2012년 12월 1일부터 12월 30일까지 약 4주에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 214부를 최종분석에 활용하였으며, 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프랜차이즈 스크린 골프장 선택속성에서 프로그램만족, 가격만족, 환경만족은 고객몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프랜차이즈 스크린 골프장의 고객몰입은 고객만족과 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프랜차이즈 스크린 골프장의 고객만족은 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between perceived choosing commercial and customer commitment, satisfaction, and royalty in franchise screen golf club users. Users of 5 Golfzone, a franchise screen golf club, located in Suncheon and Yeosu, Jeollanam-do served the subjects. The questionnaire survey was conducted for about 4 weeks from December 1 to 30, 2012. A total of 214 questionnaires were used for the final analysis and the following conclusion was reached. First, program, price, and environment satisfaction had positive(+) effect on customer commitment in the choosing commercial of franchise screen golf club. Second, customer commitment had positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction and royalty in the service quality of franchise screen golf club. Third, customer satisfaction had positive(+) effect on customer royalty in the service quality of franchise screen golf club.

To examine the effect of flexibility on physical performance, this study researched 298 high school and 246 college boys residing in J province for eight months. The subjects were divided into comparative and control groups: the comparative group was not trained, but the control group underwent flexible exercises such as stretching. Then. flexibility and physical performance were measured twice in all subjects. To obtain results, measured values and rate of change were assessed in two groups. 1. Significant difference was found in physical performance as well as flexibility between the control with flexible exercises such as stretching and the comparative without any exercises. Flexibility measurement. Raise both arms was significantly different in the rate of change between high school and college boys: comparative(0.10%) and control(4.13%). Raise both arms to the rear was also significant different in the rate of change(9.94%): the comparative(0.10%) and the control(10.04%). Trunk flexion was mean 5.02%(control) and -0.24%(comparative) and backward bending was mean 17.69(control) and 6.92%(comparative). Since the backward bending may have few chances to experience in daily life, its rate of change may be the biggest in flexibility exercises. Thus, this study suggests that flexibility exercises such as stretching can be very helpful in obtaining the dynamic flexibility of the upper body in many sport events. 2. Physical performance and physical flexibility were positively correlated. Physical performance. Burpee test(10 seconds) was mean -3.43%(comparative) and + 23.00 %(control), suggesting 19.57% of rate of change. and standing broad jump was -2.02% (comparative) 10.6%(control). Since harvard step test which requires endurance was increased in both comparative and control, it was not considered as a flexibility factor. Throw hand ball was -4.43%(comparative) and 6.25%(control), suggesting the biggest rate of change by 10.67%.
