본 연구는 기혼취업여성의 일·가정양립에 대한 경험 및 갈등경험 해결유형, 아동청소년기 자녀와 어떠한 경험을 하고 있는가를 탐구해보고 그 의미를 재해석하는 데 목적이 있다. 40대의 기혼취업여성 8인을 연구 참여자로 선정하였고, 내러티브 탐구로 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼취업여성의 일·가정양립에 대한 경험은 수많은 노력과 헌신을 바탕으로 직장과 가정 사이에서 살아 왔고, 살고 있고, 살아 가고 있는 삶이었다. 둘째, 일·가정양립 갈등경험을 자신만의 방법으로 해결해나가고 적응해나가는 끊임없는 삶의 연속이었다. 셋째, 아동청소년기 자녀와의 경험은 미래지향적인 것에 초점을 두었다. 본 연구는 기혼취업여성의 일·가정양립을 위한 국가적 정책의 실제적이고 현실적인 작동에 대한 근본적 고찰이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to explore and reinterpret the meaning of married working women’s experiences of work-family balance, conflict resolution patterns, and experiences with children and adolescents. Eight married working women in their 40s were selected as the research participants, and a qualitative study was conducted through narrative inquiry. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, the experience of work-family reconciliation of married working women was the life that they lived, lived, and lived between work and family based on a lot of effort and dedication. Second, it was a continuous life of resolving and adapting to work-family balance conflict experiences in one’s own way. Third, the experiences with children and adolescents focused on future-oriented ones. This study suggests that a fundamental consideration should be given to the practical and realistic operation of the national policy for work-family balance for married working women.
