이 연구는 여성스포츠인력 활용에 대한 문제점과 사회진출에 있어 장애요인을 살펴보고 사회진출을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 스포츠산업 전공 교수, 스포츠사회학 전공교수, 스포츠산업·정책전문 연구원, 스포츠단체·협회장, 프로스포츠 여성 지도자, 여성스포츠선수 등 20명을 대상으로 전문가 델파이조사를 두 차례 실시하였다. 그 결과 스포츠영역으로의 사회진출 장애요인은 남성중심의 조직문화, 여성의 사회적 인맥 부족을 지적하였고, 스포츠영역으로 사회진출 후 생활유지 장애요인은 조직 내 여성스포츠인력의 부족한 의사결정권을 문제점으로 지적하였고 스포츠영역에서의 지위상승 장애요인은 남성중심의 관료주의적 조직문화를 주요 원인으로 지적하였다. 일반사회진출에 대한 장애요인 인식에서는 일반사회에서 필요한 교육의 부재, 일반사회진출 후 생활유지 및 지위상승 장애요인은 비전공 영역에서의 적응문제, 자신감과 리더십 부재 등을 지적하며 사회진출을 위한 교육의 필요성을 주장하였다. 제도개선인식 중 스포츠영역으로의 사회진출 활성화 방안은 스포츠조직 내 여성할당제 실시, 지도자로서의 자질을 경쟁 할 수 있는 제도의 마련을 주장하였고, 일반사회영역으로 진출을 위해서는 일반사회영역에서 요구하는 사회적 경험 제공, 성인지적 교육프로그램 제공, 현장 적용 가능한 실무위주의 교육프로그램 제공 등이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to propose a method to facilitate woman sports persons' advancement to society by investigating the problems in social usage of them and barriers in their advancement to society. For the purpose, two times of expert delphi research were performed on 20 persons including professors majoring in sports industry or sports sociology, researchers for sports industry and policy, leader of sports organizations, woman coach of professional sports team, female sports players. The results showed that they noted male-dominant organizational culture and insufficient social connections of female as barriers for women's advancement to sports area, lack of their participation in decision making as a barrier for maintaining social activities after advancement to sports area, and male-centered bureaucratic organizational culture as a barrier for their status rising in sports area. The awareness of barriers for advancement to general society the experts indicated lack of education necessary to normal social activities and the barriers for maintaining activities and status rising in general area that they noted were adaptation to non-specialized area, lack of confidence and leadership, suggesting need of education for advancement so society. The needed institutional improvements proposed by experts for advancement to sports area were woman quota in sports organization and a system to compete with talents as leader, and for the advancement to general society, providing opportunity to experience social situations, providing adult educational program, and practice-centered education program applicable to field work were proposed.

본 연구는 ‘Tour de Korea 2015’ 대회기간 동안 관람객들의 소비를 바탕으로 개최지역의 경제활동 활성화의 파급효과를 분석하고, 그 관람객들의 예측소비를 기준으로 다음 대회인 ‘Tour de Korea 2016’ 대회 개최지역의 경제활동에 대한 파급효과를 예측해 보았다. 이러한 개최지역의 경제활동의 파급효과를 분석하기 위하여 대회 관람객들의 지출 내역현황을 ‘Tour de Korea 2015’ 대회 관람객 394명을 대상으로 자기평가기입법을 통하여 대회 관람에 따른 소비지출 관련 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사대상자들의 소비 형태와 규모 그리고 ‘Tour de Korea 2015’ 대회의 개최지역들의 경제활동의 활성화에 대한 기여도의 척도인 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 고용유발계수를 이용하여 ‘Tour de Korea 2015’ 대회의 직/간접유발효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전반적으로 ‘Tour de Korea 2015’ 대회 개최지역의 생산파급효과, 부가가치파급효과, 그리고 고용파급효과의 증대를 나타냈다. 구체적으로 음식점 및 숙박, 사회 및 기타서비스, 운수 및 보관, 그리고 인쇄 및 복제 산업이 가장 긍정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ‘Tour de Korea 2016’ 대회를 예측한 결과, 전년대회의 관람객 수와 동일하다고 가정하였을 때 생산파급효과, 부가가치파급효과, 고용파급효과가 커진 다는 것을 증명하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the degree to which Tour de Korea 2015 revitalized host cities`economies based on spectator expenditures. The study also estimates the potential impact of Tour de Korea 2016 on host cities`economies using projected spectator expenditures. The researchers surveyed 394 spectators to estimate the amounts spent in each business sector. Three multiplier coefficients were used to investigate the impact of Tour de Korea: sales output, value added, and employment. Overall, the researchers found that Tour de Korea 2015 reinvigorated local economies; each business sector benefitted from increases in all three categories. The food, transportation, entertainment, and copy/advertising sectors experienced the greatest economic benefits. Researchers also found that if the number of spectators at Tour de Korea 2016 is similar to Tour de Korea 2015 attendance, the positive economic impact will be even greater in 2016.
