ESG 경영이 소비자의 기업평판과 추가지불의도에 미치는 영향

ESG 경영은 기업의 활동에서 재무적 이익뿐만 아니라 비재무적 요소인 환경, 사회적 책임, 투명경영을 고려하여 기업의 근본 목적인 이윤추구와 더불어 지속가능한 발전을 이룬다는 주요한 가치를 포함하고 있다. 코로나(COVID-19)라는 팬데믹과 지속적으로 더해가는 기후위기로 소비자의 소비 행태는 기업의 ESG 경영 요구로 확산되어 구매결정에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 기업의 ESG 경영 활동이 소비자들에게 ‘가격 프리미엄’이라는 추가지불의도로 귀결되는 경로를 파악하는 것이다. 구체적인 연구의 목적은 첫째, 기업의 ESG 경영이 기업평판에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 둘째, 이러한 기업의 평판이 추가지불의도에도 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 셋째, 이러한 효과가 베이비붐세대, X세대, M 세대, Y세대 간에 차이가 있는지를 조사하는 것이다. 기업의 ESG 경영, 기업평판, 소비자의 추가지불의도에 관한 연구모형은 PLS 구조방정식을 이용하여 검증하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 기업의 ESG 경영 활동에 대한 소비자의 인식이 기업의 긍정적인 기업평판으로 이어져야만 추가지불의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 ESG 경영에 대한 세대별 인식에는 차이가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 기업들이 ESG 경영 활동을 통하여 기업평판을 높이기 위한 노력을 해야 한다는 시사점을 제공하는데 큰 의미를 갖는다. ESG management includes the main value of achieving sustainable development along with the fundamental purpose of a company, the pursuit of profit, by considering not only financial profits but also non-financial factors such as environment, social responsibility, and transparent management. Due to the unprecedented pandemic of Corona (COVID-19) and the ever-increasing climate crisis, consumers' consumption behavior is spreading to the ESG management demands of companies, affecting their purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to find out the path through which a company's ESG management activities lead to consumers' intention to pay additionally as a 'price premium'. The purpose of the specific study is first, how ESG management of a company affects the corporate reputation; Second, whether such corporate reputation can affect the intention to pay additional money; , to investigate whether there is a difference between Generation Y. The research model on ESG management, corporate reputation, and consumers' additional payment intentions was verified using the PLS structural equation. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that the consumer's perception of a company's ESG management activities has a positive effect on the intention to pay additional money only if it leads to a positive corporate reputation of the company. And it was confirmed that there was no difference in the perception of ESG management by generation. These results have great significance in providing the implication that companies should make efforts to increase their corporate reputation through ESG management activities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Arrow Shooting and various activities of Military Men in Chosun Dynasty are possible to be considered as physical Education. In order to meet the purpose of this study, first the definition of Martial arts nowdays that was recogniased as a military arts in the past was investigated on the ground of physical Education. Second, The philosophical background of Arrow shooting in chosun Dynasty was examined. Third, the record of military men who played Arrow shooting and various activities of Martial Arts (武藝), especially the content of Nan Jung il Gi which was written by General Lee Soon shin(李舜臣), Chung Mu Gong(忠武公), was examined concretely Last, how they could be recognized as a physical Education nowdays was investigated. The results are as follows. Martial Arts of Military Men in Chosun Dynasty had a political meaning that is security of nation and ethnics, on the other hand, had a Educational meaning that maintained physical fitness and cultivate morality as an individual and a member of society. Obviously, it is unnatural for us to understand physical Education of Mordern Society and Martial arts of traditional society in the same line. But it may be help you the understand physical Education of traditional society on Society and view of culture at that time. It will be a ground for us to change our recognition about tradition for the past and so, I think that Arrow shooting and physical activities of Military Men in Dynasty(朝鮮朝) can be considered as physical Education in this days.
