대학생 아파트 공간 디자인에 관한 연구 : 부산 D대학 캠퍼스 기숙사를 중심으로

대학생 기숙사는 대학 캠퍼스를 구성하는 중요한 부분으로 대학생들이 학교에 있는 동안 공부와 생활을 하는 중요한 장소이다. 경제가 빠르게 발전하고 고등교육이 보편화되면서 대학생 규모가 점차 확대되었으며 이로 인해 대학생 기숙사는 밀집되고 폐쇄적으로 변해 교류, 휴식, 활기가 부족한 공간이 되었다. 특히 정보화 시대인 오늘날 대학생의 생활 방식에는 큰 변화가 나타났다. 이는 대학생의 기숙사 공간에 대한 새로운 디자인이 요구됨을 의미한다. 대학생 기숙사는 단순한 거주 공간에서 벗어나 사교, 스터디, 운동, 놀이 등 여러 기능이 일체된 공간이 되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 디자인을 탈피해 현대적인 대학생 생활방식과 심리 요구에 맞는 공간을 만들어야 한다. 본 연구는 현재 늘어나는 대학생 수, 밀집된 거주환경, 단일화된 학습, 생활방식 등 문제에 대해 연구하였다. 기숙사의 개념과 대학생 아파트에 대한 중요성에 대해 선행 연구하고 대학생이 공부하는 과정에서 자주 사용하는 공간 유형과 심리 및 행위의 특징을 이해했다. 또한 대학생 기숙사 디자인의 변화와 추세를 분석해 대학생 기숙사 디자인의 요소를 찾아냈다. 즉 대학생 기숙사의 실내외 공간, 공공 공간, 거주 공간 이 3개 요소를 연구해 아름다운 실내외 공간, 다양한 교류 공간, 실용적인 거주 공간을 이루는 종합적 공간디자인은 제안한다. 또한 이후 대학생 기숙사의 디자인을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용하고자 한다. 키워드: 대학생 아파트 ,디자인, The university apartment is a significant component of the university architecture. It is important for the universitystudents to carry on their study, social communication and daily lives during their university life. With the rapid social and economic development and popularization of higher education, the number of university students is growing fast. As a result, the present apartment of university students is too intensive and confined, lack of communication, rest, activity space for the students. This is prompting a new space design form of the students’ apartments to establish, especially in the new era of network information when the lifestyle of university students has changed greatly. The apartment not just needs to provide a place to live, but should be a combination place assembling social communication, study, sport, entertainment and many other functions in one. It requires the improvement of traditional spatial design style to create a space which can meet the needs of modern university students psychologically and materially. This thesis analyzes the current situation of growing size of university students, their confined living space and simple pattern of study and daily lives. It starts from discussing the concept of apartment and the significant of the student’s apartment. Then, on the basis of researching university students’frequent using space during their study, social communication and daily lives, and after the analysis of the design changes and tendency of the university apartment, this thesisfinds out and analyzes the three elements of space design of university apartment, namely indoor-outdoor space, communication space and living space. On the above studyand analysis, this thesis proposes a diverse design solution of university apartment with beautiful indoor-outdoor space, multi-kind communication space and comfortable, practical living space and provides fundamental design materials for the future space design of university apartment. key word: University Apartment, Design
