코로나19 상황에서 수정된 IPA를 활용한 대학생활만족도-중요도 분석: L 대학을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19의 특수한 상황에서 교육수요자인 대학생들의 관점에서 대학생활만족도를 파악하여 어떤 영역에 우선 투자하고, 유지 강화할지에 대한 검토 및 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 소규모 L 대학 학생 130명을 대상으로 대학생활만족도-중요도 분석을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 활용하여 기술통계 및 Deng(2007)이 제시한 수정된 IPA 분석 절차를 적용하였고, IPA Matrix 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비대면 상황에서 교육 영역 중 수업내용과 방법은 집중 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 산학협력 영역 중 산학연계 프로그램 및 취업 관련 비교과 프로그램이 요구에 비해 지원이 부족하여, 중점적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육 영역 중 수업 시스템 및 학습 환경에 대한 충분한 지원이 제공되었으며 지속적인 유지관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학구성원, 사회봉사, 국제화, 소통문화 4개의 영역에서 대인관계 형성과 유지, 봉사와 학점교류에 대한 지속적인 유지관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 소규모 대학 교육의 질 제고에 있어 집중 노력, 유지 강화 영역에 대한 구체적인 검토와 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the satisfaction level of college life and what to identify which areas need investment and maintenance according to the perspective of college students, who are the educational end-users in the COVID-19 situation. For this purpose, 130 students from small-sized L-College in the metropolitan area were analyzed for their satisfaction with college life and importance. The study conducted descriptive statistics analysis, and Deng"s (2007) revised IPA analysis with SPSS. The results of the IPA matrix analysis with the collected data are as follows. First, we identified the content and methods of lessons in the field of education in non-face-to-face situations in the “concentrate further” area. Second, a specialized field management is needed because of the lack of support for both industrial-academic cooperation programs and job search supporting programs compared to the students’ needs. Third, the result shown in the “keep up the good work” area confirmed that sufficient support for the class system and learning environment is being provided, which then requires continuous maintenance. Fourth, among the areas of “keep up the good work”, it was found that college members need to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships in the four areas of social service, internationalization, and communication culture, as well as continuous maintenance of service and unit exchang. This study suggests a continuous maintenance and reinforcement plan to improve the L-college’s education quality through these results.
