『脈經』은 3세기경 西晉의 王熙(字 叔和)가 漢代 이전의 『內經』·『難經』·『傷寒論』·『中藏經』등의 論述에서 脈學과 기타 診察에 관련이 있는 내용을 선별하여 모으고, 자신이 硏究하여 터득한 것을 결합한 뒤 門과 類로 나누어 脈理와 기타 診察을 설명한 中國 最初의 診斷學 專門書이다. 『脈經』이 우리나라에 들어오기는 서기 561년에 中國 吳나라 사람 知聰이 『內外典』·『藥書』·『明堂圖』·『脈經』 등을 가지고 高句麗를 거쳐 函本에 歸化하는 과정에 이루어졌다. 本 論文은 『素間』의 「脈要精微論」, 「臟氣法時論」, 「五藏生成篇」, 「方盛衰論」, 「標本病傳論」과 『靈權』의 「邪氣藏府病形」, 「本神」, 「經脈」, 「四時氣」, 「五邪」, 「脹論」,「淫邪發夢」,「病傳」, 「邪客」과 『難經·五十六難』과 『금궤요략』의 「五臟風寒積聚病脈 증병치제십일」, 「수기병맥증병치제십사」등 篇을 臟腑證脈에 대해 分類하고 體系的 으로 整理한 『脈經·卷之六』의 臟腑 證脈에 대하여 硏究한 것이다. 本 硏究는 肝病의 原因, 病理, 治療方法과 足厥陰經脈, 別絡의 循行經路와 病證에 대해 설명한 「肝病證 第一」, 膽의 病理變化 및 足少陽膽經의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「膽病證 第二」, 心의 病理變化, 傳變規則, 脈證과 預後, 治療原則 및 手少陰脈만이 輸穴이 없는 이유, 手厥陰心包經과 別終의 循行經路 및 病證을 설명한 「心病證 第三」, 小腸의 病理變化와 手太陽小腸經의 循行經路 및 病證을 설명한 「小腸病證 第四」, 脾의 病理變化와 傳變規則, 證脈 및 豫候와 治療原則, 足太陰脾經과 別終의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「脾病證 第五」, 胃의 病理變化, 傳變規則, 脈證 및 足陽明胃經의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「胃病證 第六」, 肺의 病理變化, 傳變規則, 證脈과 豫候, 治療原則 및 手太陰肺經과 別絡의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「肺病證 第七」, 大腸의 病理變化 및 手陽明大腸經의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「大腸病證 第八」, 腎의 病理變化, 傳變規則, 脈證과 豫候, 治療原則 및 足少陰腎經의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「腎病證 第九」, 勝跳의 病理變化 및 足太陽勝胱經의 循行經路와 病證을 설명한 「勝胱病證 第十」, 三焦의 病理變化와 手少陽三焦經의 循行經路 및 病證을 설명한 「三焦病證 第十一」로 구성되어 있다. 위의 論述등은 『醫學入門』, 『瀕湖脈學』, 『四診抉微』, 現代의 『中醫診斷學』 등 각종 診斷學 文獻에 內容의 全文이나 要點을 拔章하여 인용되고 있는 중요한 자료이지만 우리 나라에서는 詳細한 硏究는 물론 國譯을 시도한 흔적도 아직 발견하지 못하였다. 이에 아래의 方法으로 硏究하여 診斷을 이해하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. Maek Kyung(Mai Jing, 脈經) is the first chinese specialized book of diagnostics written by Wang Hee(Wang xi, 王熙) from Seo Jin(xi jin,西晉). He assorted the contents with pulse and medical examination from Nae Kyung(nei jing, 內經), Nan Kyeong(nan jing, 難經), Sang Han Ron(shang han lun, 傷寒論), Jung Jang Kyeong(zhong cang jing, 中藏經). And united with his own research, He explain medical examination and the way of taking the pulse by classifying into entrance and class. Maek Kyung(Mai Jing, 脈經) imported Korea by Ji Chong(zhi cong, 知聰) AD 561, he pass though Ko Ku Ryeo(gao you li, 高句麗) with Nae Wei Jeon(nei wai dian, 內外典), Yak Seo(yao shu, 藥書), Myung Dang Do(ming tang tu, 明堂圖), Maek Kyung(Mai Jing, 脈經) to be naturalized in japan. The First chapter on symptom of liver sickness explain a cause of liver illness, the pathology of disease, a method of mental treatment, connecting meridians of Liver Meridian(LR)'s patrol route and the nature of a disease. The Second chapter on symptom of liver illness explain pathological change of a liver disease, a patrol route of Gallbladder Meridian(GB) and the nature of a disease. The Third chapter on symptom of anxiety explain pathological change of anxiety, regulation of chronical mishap, symptom of pulse, following instance, principle of medical treatment, why only Pericardium Meridian(PC) does not have a region for acupuncture, both of Heart meridian(HT) and connecting meridian's patrol route and symptom of illness. The Fourth chapter on symptom of small intestines explain the pathological change of small intestines, Small Intestine Meridian(SI)'s patrol route and symptom of sickness. The Fifth chapter on symptom of the spleen sickness explain the pathological change of spleen, regulation of chronical mishap, symptom of pulse, following instance, principle of medical treatment, both of Spleen Meridian(SP) and connecting meridian's patrol route and symptom of illness. The Sixth chapter on symptom of stomach sickness explain the pathological change of stomach, Stomach Meridian(ST)'s patrol route and symptom of condition The Seventh chapter on symptom of lung sickness explain the pathological change of lung, regulation of chronical mishap, symptom of pulse, following instance, principle of medical treatment, both of Lung Meridian(LU) and connecting meridian's patrol route and symptom of illness. The Eighth chapter on symptom of intestines sickness explain pathological change, Large Intestine Meridian(LI)'s patrol route and symptom of sickness. The ninth chapter on kidney sickness explain pathological change of kidney, rule of chronical misfortune, symptom of pulse, following instance, principle of medical treatment, Kidney Meridian(KI)'s patrol route and symptom of illness. The Tenth chapter on symptom of bladder sickness explain symptom of bladder illness, Bladder Meridian(BL)'s patrol route and symptom of sickness. The eleventh chapter on symptom of triple energizer explain triple energizer's pathological change, Triple Energizer Meridian's patrol route and symptom of sickness. All these statement extract and quote from diagnosis literature : Ui Hak Ib Mun(醫學入門), Bin Ho Maek Hak(瀕湖脈學), Sa Jin Gyeol(四診抉微), Jung Ui Jin Dan Hak(中醫診斷學) even all these are very important data but never make a special study and translate. so i hope this treatise can be great help to understand diagnosis study
