        태권도와 택견 수련의 과학적 효과 차이 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 태권도가 여성들의 체력과 비만해소에 도움이 되는 운동인가 하는 과학적 검증을 통하여 20대, 30대 여성들에게 태권도와 비슷한 택견 수행 시 호흡순환계, 에너지소비량, 영양소 산화율 등에 있어 차이점을 분석하고, 태권도가 세계적인 스포츠로 발전하기 위한 과학적 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구결과 호흡순환기능에서 태권도 수련은 심박수, 산소배출량은 태권도가 택견 보다 높게 나타나 호흡순환기능에 태권도가 택견 보다 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 에너지 소비량과 단백질, 탄수화물, 지방 산화율에서는 15분 동안 운동부하 검사를 실시하는 동안 태권도가 택견보다 대사당량이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 단백질 산화율에서는 택견이 태권도 보다 높은 것으로 나타났고, 지방과 탄수화물 영양소 산화율에서는 태권도와 택견이 유사한 결과가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때 태권도는 호흡순환기능과 에너지소비량, 영양소 산화율을 고려할 때 태권도가 택견 보다 호흡순환계의 발달과 건강을 유지 및 증진시키며, 비만 해소를 위해 효과적인 운동으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to compare to cardiorespiratory system, energy consumption, and fat nutrient oxidation between Taekwondo and Taekkyon. The subjects were Taekwondo 10 healthy women and 10 healthy women for Taekkyon. Cardiorespiratory system, energy consumption, and fat nutrient oxidation were calculated by gas analyser during all-out exercise within 15minutes. The results were followed: 1. The HR and VO2, VE of Taekwondo were higher than Taekkyon. 2. METs of Taekwondo was higher than Taekkyon. Pro and CHO oxidations of Taekwondo were similar with Taekkyon. The results suggested that Taekwondo was more effective to increase cardiorespiratory system, energy consumption, and fat nutrient oxidation.

        한국여성노인체육의 현황 분석

        The objective of this study was to investigate the physical activity programsused in health centers to promote the health of Korean elderly women. Literatures were reviewed and physical activity programs for elderly in health center were analyzed to accomplish the study goals. The results were followed: 1. The health promotion programs including physical fitness and nutrition improvement were needed to maintain and promote physical function of elderly. 2. The development and distribution of specialized physical activity programs for elderly women were needed. 3. The health promotion business for elderly was needed to connect between health center and national health insurance corporation. 4. The functional, physical, and cognitive weak elderly required focus on care in health center. In conclusion, promotion of physical activity was needed to improve the quality of elderly life and the health center would be work for promotion elderly health.

        지역 노인의 전도발생, 운동습관, 체력요인과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between falls and physical performance among the community dwelling elderly: one with a history of falls (HF) and one with no history of falls (NHF). Physical fitness and a survey of falling were carried out in 711 elderly people aged 60 years and over to evaluate the relationship between falls and physical performance measures. All statistical procedures were conducted using Spss 17.0. Differences in measured variables between groups were assessed using independent t-test or one-way ANOVA. Post hoc analyses used Tukey Student range test. Statistical significance was accepted when p<.05. The results of this study were as follows: Functional reach and trunk flexion were significant difference between fallers and non-fallers. Physical functioning significantly decreased with age; grip strength, functional reach and usual walking speed decreased, and chair stand time increased.

        여대생의 건강 체력과 수면과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between physical fitness and sleep for female university students. In order to achieve this goal, 166 female university students were randomly selected. Mean and Standard Deviation were used for every variance through 12.0 SPSS Window Program. Crobach's α was used for reliabilty and Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used as the statistical analysis. Significance was accepted at p<.05. The following results were obatained. 1. There was no relationship between physique and sleep. 2. There was no relationship between physical fitness and sleep.

        여대생의 체력이 수면과 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical fitness on sleeping and life satisfaction in college female. The subjects was D women's university 249 students who were taking non-major subjects. One-way ANOVA was used as the statistical analysis and significance was accepted at p<.05. The following results were obtained. 1. Sleeping as physical fitness were significantly different(p<.01). 2. Sleeping disorders(snoring, sleep apnea, sleep leg spasm, sleep mental storm) as physical fitness were not significantly different. 3. Life satisfaction as physical fitness were significantly different(p<.05).

        스키와 스노보드의 상해분석 및 해결방안

        Skiing and snowboarding are becoming increasingly popular. Accordingly, the incidences of injuries among skiers and snowboarders are also increasing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the injury patterns and the contributing factors of injuries in skiers and sonowboarders and to suggest management plan for injuries. Five-hundred eighty two who visited the ski resorts in Kangwondo and ski and snowboard association members were investigated by surveying. The factors of incidences were analyzed by using Windows SPSS 21.0 version. In results, 27.0% of women and 33.6% of men had injury experiences. Thirty percent of ski injuries and 27.5% of snowboard injuries were from beginners. Slipping was the most common injury mechanism. In conclusion, these results suggest that injuries during ski and snowboard can be prevented if skiers and sonwboarders do warming-up prior to skiing and sonwboarding and choose slope appreciate to their ski and snowboard skills.

        Aerobic Exercise with Red Ginseng Supplementation Significantly Enhances the Immunoglobulin of Female Elders

        본 연구는 16주간의 유산소운동과 홍삼복용이 여성노인의 면역글로블린에 미치는 영향을 규명할 목적으로 여성노인 36명을 대상으로 각각 6명씩 운동ㆍ홍삼군, 홍삼군, 운동군, 운동,위약군, 통제군 등으로 나누어 유산소운동으로 걷기운동을 실시하였다. 걷기운동은 14주까지는 일주일에 3번, 15주와 16주는 일주일에 4번 실시하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 면역글로블린 A는 16주후 위약군과 통제군에서 유의하게 감소하였으며, 면역글로블린 M은 운동ㆍ홍삼군에서 증가하였고, 통제군에서 감소하였다. 2) 면역글로블린 G는 16주 후 운동홍삼군, 홍삼군, 운동ㆍ위약군에서 증가하였다. 3) 면역글로블린 A에 있어서 운동ㆍ홍삼군은 홍삼군, 통제군 간에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 통제군은 운동군, 위약군, 통제군 간에 차이가 있었으며, 통제군은 다른 모든 군 간의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        여성생애주기를 고려한 여성체육활성화 방안

        In order to suggest sports policy and undertaking specialized by life cycle assessments, the current status and problems of sports for all were figured out with consideration for women`s life cycle. The subjects of this study were composed of 92 girls, 282 pregnant and child birth women, 140 child rearing women, 180 menopause women, and 104 elderly women. The cross-tabulation was analysed for every women`s life cycle. On the basis of the results, we suggest sports policy and undertaking specialized by life cycle assessments as the following: First, in the case of girls, it is necessary to expand and improve public and school physical activity facilities. Professional physical activity leaders are also required for them. Second, a proper education on physical activity and development of various programs are essential for pregnant and child birth women. Third, the development of programs for various desire satisfaction were indispensible for child rearing women. Fourth, physical activity necessity of life long education and re-education of physical activity feedback are essential for menopause women. Fifth, physical activity method with consideration of personal physical fitness level must be suggested for elderly women.

        중년여성의 월경전 증후군에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to suggest an alternative plan for the relief and prevention of premenstrual syndrome. Menarche, age, and exercise frequency were examined for this study. Subjects were randomly sampled and collected from both 312 participants at sports centers and 353 non-participants. The questionnaire was based on Abram/s(1982) and general questions were added. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and post-hoc methods. Results are as the following: First, Menarche ages of 14~16 years old are the lowest in premenstrual syndrome among all subjects. Behvior group is significantly different. Second, as subjects are getting old, the premenstrual syndrome is reduced. There is significant difference between symptom groups except concentration group. Third, as subjects are more rigirously exercising, the premenstrual syndrome is greatly reduced and there is significant difference between frequency of exercise. Consequently, exercise is one of the most effective ways to relieve and prevent premenstrual syndrome.
