This study is started to give some assitance to the promotion of Korean practical Physical Education through the research of Physical Education in the United States of America which has the developed practical physical education. By the results of this study, the following suggestions would like to be given for the promotion of Korea Social Physical Education. 1. We make the autonomous civil group fall under the guidance of the Government, and must induce the civil group so as that it can acquire self-control power. 2. Every useful zone is equipped with the sports facilities, and the sports should be viewed pleasantly. 3. We must adjust the function from the administration based on the Elite Physical Training to the acquisition of Practical Physical Training in Korea. 4. We must continuously develop and supply the practical physical training program which can offer more interests to the citizens. 5. We unify the administrative group concerned to the practical physical education as soon as possible, and then make the consistent administration. 6. The new programs of social physical education, which can offer interests to the public, must be continuously developed and supplied to the public. 7. We make the theme park laying stress to the characteristics of each city and then take a part in the development of region sports and building up of character and activation of recreation. 8. The government directly and officially acknowledge the typical sports facilities and thus make them to be related with the Medical Institution and check the safe problems, and thus must arrange so as that the citizens can perform the building-up of physical strength. 9. We make be interested in the building-up of physical strength and the use of leisure since the young times based on the physical education of school. 10. We make the Lifetime Health record which brings to the job office for the whole citizens, and make induce to be interested in their own health at any times.
