농촌 커뮤니티 비즈니스의 리더십과 경영 역량: 조직 형태와 주민 참여율을 중심으로

이 연구는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 형태로 운영되고 있는 농촌 관광 마을을 대상으로 조직 형태와 주민 참여율에 따른 리더십과 경영 역량을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 주민 참여율에 따른 리더십, 경영 역량, 방문객 그리고 매출액은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 조직 형태에 따른 차이는 경영 역량의 홍보·마케팅 영역, 재무관리 영역과 매출액에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 마을 사업의 성과에서 주민 참여가 중요한 요인이라는 기존의 연구들과 배치된다. 이는 커뮤니티비즈니스가 일반적인 마을사업과 달리 공익성과 함께 수익성이 강조되므로, 마을 주민의 무조건적인 참여보다는 비즈니스적 요소로 인한 실질적인 업무 수행 능력이 필요로 함을 역설하고 있다. 또한, 마을회, 작목반과 같은 비법인에 비해 농업회사법인과 영농조합법인과 같은 법인 형태의 마을 조직이 상대적으로 성과가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 법인의 경우 정관에서 그 목적과 비전을 명확하게 제시하고, 사업 참여시 일정금액을 출연하므로 비법인에 비해 상대적으로 주민의 책임감을 담보할 수 있다. 따라서 커뮤니티비즈니스의 경우 비법인에 비해 법인 형태가 더욱 효율적임을 시사한다. This study attempted to analyze the leadership and management ability according to organization type and residents participation rate for rural tourism communities in a form of community business. As a result, leadership, management ability, visitors and sales in accordance with participation rate did not show a statistically significant difference. The difference in accordance with organization type showed a significant difference in the promotion-marketing area of management ability, financial area and sales. This study results are against the existing study results saying that residents participation in the results of village business is an important factor. This is stressing that for community business, because not only public benefit but profitability is emphasized unlike general village business, practical job performance resulting from business factors is required rather than village residents` unconditional participation. Furthermore, it was analyzed that corporate types of village organization such as agricultural corporations and farming association corporations have relatively high performance compared to unincorporated bodies such as village associations and corporate units. For a corporate body, since it presents the purpose and vision in its articles of association accurately and gives certain amount at the time of participation in the business, it can relatively ensure the responsibility of residents compared to a unincorporated body. Accordingly, for a community business, a form of corporate body is more efficient than a unincorporated body.
