고등학교 학생의 자아효능감과 부모와 대화가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 학교생활 만족 집단과 불만족 집단 간 비교연구

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 학생의 자아효능감과 부모와의 대화가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고 자아효능감과 진로성숙도 간 학교생활에 만족하는 학생과 만족하지 않은 두 집단 간의 비교연구를 통해 학교와 선생님이 학교생활에서 학생을 어떻게 지도해야 하는지, 학생들의 진로성숙도를 높이려는 노력과 학생들의 학교생활 만족을 위해 학교들의 진로교육에 대한 시사점을 살펴보는 것이다. 실증분석을 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 2018년 초 실시한 한국교육고용패널(KEEPⅡ) 조사 Data를 활용하였다. 연구결과, 자아효능감은 진로성숙도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자아효능감은 부모와 대화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부모와의 대화빈도와 내용은 진로성숙도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자아효능감과 부모와 대화 변인이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향은 학교생활에 만족하는 집단과 만족하지 않는 두 집단 간에 유의미한 조절적 작용(Pairwise T-Test –5.439***)을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between high school student"s self-efficacy and conversations with parents on career maturity. We consider how to instruct students in school life, efforts to increase students" career maturity and implications for career education in schools to evaluate students" school life. For the empirical analysis, the Korea Education and Employment Panel (KEEPⅡ) survey data conducted in early 2018 was used. Study results found self-efficacy has a significant positive (+) effect on career maturity and a significant positive effect on conversations with parents. The frequency and content of conversation with parents have a significant positive (+) effect on career maturity. The effect of self-efficacy and conversations with parents variables on career maturity has a significant regulatory effect between the two groups who were satisfied with school life and those who were not.
