일반영유아, 발달지체, 자폐스펙트럼장애 영유아의 성별, 연령에 따른 공격행동의 차이

본 연구에서는 일반영유아, 발달지체아, 자폐스펙트럼장애아 집단, 집단과 연령, 집단과 성별에 따른 CBCL(Child Behavior Checklist) 총 공격행동, 외현적 공격행동, 정서적 공격행동의 차이를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 만 1-3세의 일반영유아, 발달지체아, 자폐스펙트럼장애아 총 600명이었고, 연구도구는 공격행동척도, 한국형 Denver-Ⅱ, 한국형 Bayley 영유아발달검사Ⅱ를 사용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 총 공격행동에서 자폐스펙트럼장애아가 일반영유아와 발달지체아보다 더 높은 공격행동점수를 나타냈고, 정서적 공격행동에서는 발달지체아와 자폐스펙트럼장애아가 일반영유아보다 높았다. 외현적 공격행동에서는 집단 간 차이가 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 일반영유아, 발달지체아, 자폐스펙트럼장애아 집단과 연령에 따른 총 공격행동, 외현적 공격행동, 정서적 공격행동의 상호작용효과가 유의하지 않았다. 연령의 주효과는 유의하지 않았고, 집단 간 공격행동의 차이만 유의하여 총 공격행동과 정서적 공격행동에서 집단 간 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 외현적 공격행동에서 일반 영유아, 발달지체아, 자폐스펙트럼장애아 집단과 성별의 상호작용효과가 유의하여 자폐스펙트럼장애남아가 자폐스펙트럼장애 여아, 발달지체 남아, 여아 및 정상남아, 정상여아 중 가장 높았고 자폐스펙트럼장애 여아는 가장 낮았다. 발달지체아 집단의 외현적 공격행동은 여아가 남아보다 높았다. 총 공격행동과 정서적 공격행동의 상호작용효과는 유의하지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to examine differences in aggressive behavior between normal toddlers, toddlers with developmental delay and autism spectrum disorder(ASD), focusing on how gender and age interacted with aggressive behavior by groups. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was a significant difference in total aggressive behavior and emotional aggressive behavior, but no difference in overt aggressive behavior in toddler groups. Toddlers with ASD were rated higher in total aggressive behavior than normal and developmental delayed groups, and toddlers with ASD and developmental delayed groups showed higher scores in emotional aggressive behavior than normal toddlers, respectively. Second, age-group interaction was not significant, however, there were the differences between groups in total aggressive behavior and emotional aggressive behavior. Third, gender-group interaction effects upon overt aggressive behavior was significant Boys with ASD showed the highest rates of overt aggressive behavior among toddlers, but girls with ASD showed the lowest rates. Developmentally delayed girls were rated higher in aggressive behavior than delayed boys. However, there was not a significant gender-group interaction effect upon total aggressive behavior and emotional aggressive behavior.

본 연구에서 일반 토양에 비해 무기양분 함량이 적고 배수성이 좋지 않은 새만금간척지 토양에 식재 된 포플러수종의 생리적 특성을 조사하였다. 7월과 8월에, 이태리포플러 클론인 Venziano, L.Avanzo와 미루나무 교잡종 클론인97-18, 97-19은 생리적인 특성의 차이를 보였다. 이태리포플러 클론이 미루나무 교잡종 클론에 비해 생리적 특성이 우수하였다. 특히 Venziano 클론의 순광합성률은 각각 평균적으로 18.62 μmol CO<sub>2</sub> m<sup>-2</sup> · s<sup>-1</sup>, 17.11μmol CO<sub>2</sub> m<sup>-2</sup> · s<sup>-1</sup>로 다른 클론들과 비교해서 높은 수치를 보였다. 반면, 미루나무 교잡종인 97-18클론의 7월 광색소 함량은 2.37 mg · g<sup>-1</sup>FW으로 가장 높은 수치를 보였으나, 8월에는 이태리포플러 클론보다 낮은 함량을 보였다. 미루나무 교잡종은 8월에 순광합성률, 광색소함량 등 전반적인 생리적 활성이 떨어졌다. 결론적으로, 새만금간척지에 식재된 포플러 묘목의 생리적인 특성은 이태리포플러 종인 Venziano 클론이 우수하였다. This research aims to study the physiological characteristics of poplar clones in Saemanguem reclaimed land where has lower minerals and bad drainage than those in paddy field. In July and August, different poplar clones including Populus euramericana clone (Venziano and L.Avanzo) and deltoides hybrid clone (97-18 and 97-19) showed different physiological characteristics. Physiological characteristics of P. euramericana clones were better than those of P. deltoides hybrid clones. Especially, the average net photosynthetic rate (A<sub>net</sub>) of clone Venziano were 18.62 μmol CO<sub>2</sub> m<sup>-2</sup> · s<sup>-1</sup> and 17.11μmol CO<sub>2</sub> m<sup>-2</sup> · s<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. Those were the highest numerical values among other poplar clones. On the other, the total chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of P. deltoides hybrid clones were higher than those of P. euramericana clones in July. Particularly, the total chlorophyll content of clone 97-18 was 2.37 mg · g<sup>-1</sup>FW. In August, those of P. deltoides hybrid clones decreased than in July. In term of the physiological activity such as net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of P. deltoides hybrid clones were much lower in August than in July. As a result, physiological characteristics of P. euramericana Venziano clone was superior than the other clones in Short rotation coppice (SRC) in Saemanguem area.
