        한국형 물류마이스터고 전환과 교과과정에 관한 연구

        마이스터고는 전문적인 직업교육의 발전을 위하여 산업계의 수요에 직접 연계된 맞춤형 교육과정 운영을 목적으로 하는 산업수요 맞춤형 고등학교를 말한다. 모두가 대학으로 진학하는 현 실정에서 전문고교를 졸업하고 직장에 취업하는 것을 전제로 하는 마이스터고의 성공을 위해서는 산학 협동을 통한 교육과 취업의 연계가 필수적이다. 그러므로 물류전문고교의 교과목 편성은 산업계의 요구를 수용하고, 산업계는 졸업생을 현장에 투입하여 그 능력을 발휘하게 하는 연계가 전제된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 인천에 있는 국제물류고등학교의 마이스터고 전환에 대비하여 교과과정의 편성을 목적으로 연구되었다. 연구결과 계획된 2개의 과정은 국제물류과와 물류운용과 혹은 물류기술과로 할 것을 제안하였다. 설문내용을 분석하고 연구자의 토의를 거쳐 공통으로 물류의 기본과목인 물류관리, 보관하역, 화물운송을 추가하였고, 국제물류과에는 포워딩실무를 추가하였다. 물류기술과에는 포장기술, 검수감정 실무, 물류기기와 WMS 운용실습을 추가하였다. 합리적인 교과목 편성을 통하여 졸업 후 진로와 연계된 학업을 통하여 성공적인 교육과정을 설계하기 위해서이다. Meister high school means industry-demand adjusted high school for the purpose of curriculum process operation which attracted industrial demand for development of specific professional education. Education through industrial-educational cooperation and employment-connection are essential to success of Meister high school on the assumption that beginning to work after graduating the specific high school. Therefore curriculum organization of logistics specific high school accommodate industry requirement, industrial field are premised on relationship which display ability field committee. This paper was researched for the purpose of curriculum organization prepared for conversion from the international logistics high school to the meister high school. The result of research are suggested two course, international logistics section and logistics operation section. After analysis survey contents and discussion with researchers, added basic subject logistics management, storage and unloading, cargo transportation. And added forwarding practice in international logistics section. The curriculum added follow subject, packaging technology, inspection survey practice, logistics equipment, WMS operation practice. The purpose of this research is purpose of design the successful curriculum courses through rational curriculum organization and course connected study after graduation.

        우리나라 춘장(春醬)문화에 관한 연구

        In these days, modern dietry life is changing to search simple and easy ways by life as a information of short time range of life and professional internet age. So, the traditional dietry culture is changing. People don"t like the menu of sauces and pastes in this situation. Nowadays, the youth, juveniles and children said that they feel nothing when they don"t have kimch on a week. The old generation never understand like this situation. Moreover, people recognize the needs of sauces and pastes at same time, they also forget about it. The producers of sauces and pastes try to development advanced goods, and study about fresh sauces and pastes continuously. Koreans particularly little know about soy bean sauce among many kinds of sauces and pastes. So, I decided to study about functions and distributions of soy bean sauce to development popular goods and to firm steady position as a fermentation food. For example, domestic companies of sauces and pastes enter into competition about high quality with others on May. 2001. Black color soy bean sauce is a main sauce of Chinese bean sauce that many Korean"s favourite food. I studied the origin of soy bean sauce. Also, the critical point of production, distribution, and buying of soy bean sauce. And what soy bean sauce influences buying, the part of experimental study, the way of inform difference with traditional sauce and recognize. Also, the goal of this study is to establishment correct definition, interchange about kinds of soy bean sauce. I wish that more variety consumers to choice soy bean sauce like other kinds of traditional sauces and pastes. There are needs to breaking present marking limits. Only that way helps changing thoughts of common people about soy bean sauce.         지역 문화산업의 육성에 관한 연구

        The glocalization phenomenon means that the globalization and the localization proceed at the same time. This is predicted to continue to proceed in the 21th century. This prediction is based on the assumption that the competition of a nation is closely related to the competition of local governments and can't be lifted without localization in the stream of globalization. Entering on 1990s, many nations drove forward the local decentralization to lift the competition of local governments. It was because the local decentralization was perceived as the indispensable matter in lifting the policy ability of local governments and the quality of residents' living. Korea also began to prepare for the localization era by reviving local autonomy in 1991. The culture (tour, festival) industry of regions can be developed into very various forms according to the characters of each region. But this study was proceeded on the center of the regional culture festival because the regional culture festivals among culture industries which are performed in each region of our country have been activated. The culture industry of regions can produce not only the visual effect which has an effect on the regional economy but also the competition security through the differentiation strategy of regional characters, and residents' active participation in local administration. But local governments of our country can be said to be lacking in the remaining energy in upbringing the culture industries or proceeding the cultural festivals of regions for themselves. Therefore, the development through the multilateral supports from central government and through the linkage with the special culture enterprises must be attempted.
