프로야구 구단의 서비스품질과 고객지향성, 관람만족, 팀충성도 및 재관람의도의 구조적 관계

이 연구의 목적은 프로야구 구단의 서비스품질이 관람객의 고객지향성, 관람만족, 팀충성도 그리고 재관람의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2015 타이어뱅크 프로야구를 관람한 관중을 모집단으로 설정하였다. 목동야구장과 잠실야구장에서 경기를 관람한 300명을 대상으로 2015년 9월 20일부터 10월 3일까지 약 10일에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로야구 구단의 서비스품질은 고객지향성, 관람만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 팀충성도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객지향성은 관람만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 재관람의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관람만족은 팀충성도와 재관람의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 팀충성도는 재관람 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of professional baseball team service quality on customer orientation, spectating satisfaction, team loyalty and revisit intention. To accomplish the goal of the study successfully, group of spectators who watched the was selected as the 2015 Tirebank baseball game was organized as a study population. The selected 300 at the Mokdong and Jamsil in Seoul from 20th September to 3rd October. For data processing, this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's α test, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis using PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The research results are as follows: First, it was shown that professional baseball team service quality has positive effect on customer orientation, spectating satisfaction. However service quality has no positive effect on team loyalty. Second, it was shown that customer orientation has no positive effect on spectating satisfaction. However customer orientation has positive effect on revisit intention. Third, it was shown that spectating satisfaction has positive effect on team loyalty and revisit intention. Fourth, it was shown that loyalty has positive effect on revisit intention.

청소년의 스포츠활동 참여, 감성지능, 스마트폰중독 및 반사회적 경향성의 구조적 관계

이 연구의 목적은 청소년의 스포츠활동 참여와 스마트폰 중독, 감성지능, 반사회적 경향성의 관계를 구조적으로 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 충청남도에 소재한 중ㆍ고등학교 청소년들을 대상으로 하였으며, 486부의 자료가 최종분석에 활용되었다. AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 확인적요인분석을 하였고, 가설 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 스포츠활동 참여는 감성지능을 증대시키는 것으로 나타났으나, 스마트폰 중독과 반사회적 경향성에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 청소년의 감성지능은 스마트폰 중독과 반사회적 경향성을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 스마트폰 중독은 반사회적 경향성을 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 청소년의 스포츠활동 참여가 긍정적인 감성지능 향상을 통해 스마트폰 중독을 낮추며, 반사회적 경향성을 낮춘다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 청소년의 스포츠활동 참여 확대를 위한 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다. The primary purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationships among sports activity engagement, smartphone addiction, emotional intelligence and antisocial tendency for adolescents. This study was designed to explore the role of engagement sports activities reducing smart phone addiction and enhancing cognitive and emotional benefits. To accomplish the study objectives, teenagers in South Chungcheong province were surveyed by using the convenience sampling method. The data were analyzed using 486 responses. To test the hypothesis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were used through AMOS 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, participation in adolescents sports activities increased emotional intelligence. However, it had no significant effects on their smart phone addiction and antisocial tendency. Second, emotional intelligence of adolescents decreased the smart phone addiction and antisocial tendency. Third, the smart phone addiction increased antisocial tendency. This study showed that adolescents' sports activity engagement lowered smart phone addiction and antisocial tendency through positive emotional intelligence enhancement. Therefore, adolescents' sports activity engagement should be expand.
