        강소농교육 참여 농업인의 직무성과와 학습지향성, 자기효능감, 학습전이의 구조적 관계

        The purposes of this study are to explain and identify the frame of structural relations of learning orientation, self-efficacy, learning transfer and job performance of farmers who participated in the strong and small farms education. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 495 farmers who have taken the farm education. Based on the collected data, the study conducted a structural equation modeling(SEM) to confirm the validity and analyze the structural relations of the suggested model. Using measured and latent variables drew from the analyses, the study set a structural equation model and tested the model by analysis of the structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0. The results found from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. 1) Learning orientation and self-efficacy positively influenced job performance through learning transfer. 2) The hypothesis that learning orientation would have direct impact on job performance was not supported. 3) The strong and small farms education is useful to expand learning transfer and to enhance job performance. So, government policy support has to reinforce learning support on farmers in order to achieve high performance of learning and job management through farm educations.

        농업경영체의 성장단계와 성장장벽의 구명에 관한 연구

        This study focuses on discovering problems which have been encountered while the farms grow from one-man business to large companies. We divided a growth process of farm company into 7 phases, and analyzed the problems of each phase of growth process of farm company by theoretically and empirically. The logical model methodology is selected to test the basic model, and we use 6 cases to test suggested basic model. The results of this study are as follows. It suggests that the CEOs of farm enterprises or their policy maker can understand what kinds of problem they meet while the farm enterprises grow from one-man business to large companies, and they can make better strategies or better supporting policies.

        농업인 교육만족과 교육성과 간의 영향관계 분석

        This study aim s to investigate the farm er’s educational perform ances Influencing educational satisfaction. In general, the goal of agricultural education is to increase farm perform ance such as incom e, sales and perceptions. A survey w as used to collect data from 588 farm ers to the country extension office. The results of the analysis are as follow s. The variables that have a significant effect on satisfaction in this study are as follow s. interaction betw een instructors and farm ers, passion of instructors, effectiveness of lectures, educational support, and educational facilities. How ever, the adequacy of the lecture and the diversity of the contents of education did not explain the satisfaction variable. Discussions on the im provem ent of farm ers education w ere m ade by considering the rejected variables. In conclusion, farm ers education in the field should secure educational diversity. And farm er s education in RD A should develop a new curriculum . Farm er s education in RD A should further strengthen the inform al learning.

        농업경영비즈니스과정 효과분석 및 발전방안

        The purposes of this study were (1) to highlight the importance of farm management. (2) to develop a profitable farm management system through the combination of agricultural techniques and business competencies. (3) to shift management attitudes and habits of the program participants from being passive and dependent toward being proactive and self-disciplined. (4) to help cultivate one`s own life through self-consciousness participation in educational activities and lectures of celebrities. This research was conducted involving 30 farms that participated in the business program. The program imparted knowledge on vision, marketing, business skills, and management strategies such as cross strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (swot) analysis, product life cycle (plc), the 4p(product, price, place, promotion) of marketing, etc. The study recommends: (1) to encourage farms to enhance their business competencies; (2) to find out solutions for urgent management problems (3) to construct a system for leading farms (www.lfcenter.com) and on-line communities and (4) to implement a profitable business model for leading farms. It was noted that the farms were eager to participate in such business programs. In the future, this kind of program should be promoted in other areas so that more farms could enhance their business competencies.

        농업인 참여식 실천학습모델 개발과 성과분석 -농촌진흥청 강소농 사업을 중심으로-

        This case study aims to explore how RDA PLA model affects the agri-SMEs` empowerment. As an agri-business management renovation program from main workshop it was conducted on March to December 2011 with agri-SMEs and extension officials nationwide by RDA. Especially, as a packaged action learning process in the model used participatory action research. This study collected data with participants observation, interviews, situational analysis and systematic review of discourse in qualitative method. For the validity and identifying empirical results, this study used statistic analysis as a mixed method. Further including various pedagogic methods and business coaching skills, this model was conducted from workshop in RDA, in turn, on-farm business coaching as follow-up, CoPs` activities, and local ATCs extension services by each actors. The dynamic process and effects of each process led some change for farmers` innovative knowledge, skills, attitude, practice and aspiration on their farm business. RDA PLA model development based on the previous practices and research, which provided a configurated picture in the holistic action learning process. In statistic research, this study focused on 279 farmers as respondents who had participated in the program. It shows that their income and benefits increased from their renovative practices on farm business. Following the sampling group, it was surveyed by four indicators - products, customer, quality and cost. The level of contribution of education on economic impact 15% is quoted from previous paper. Even in some limitations of public sector, RDA PLA model actively suggests the paradigm shift of agricultural HRD and development of alternative extension-service system.

        농촌지도사의 직무영역과 개별역량의 관계분석

        본 연구의 목적은 농촌지도사의 직무별로 관련성 있는 역량을 도출하고자 하였으며 이를 위해 농촌지도사의 직무와 개별역량 간의 대응분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 농촌지도사의 지도기획 직무는 ‘문제해결’ 및 ‘아이디어 창출’ 역량과 관련성이 높게 나타났으며, 생활개선?교육 직무는 ‘지도사업평가’, ‘고객지향성’ 및 ‘이해력’ 역량과 관련성이 높게 나타났고, 작물기술보급 직무는 ‘현장지도’ 및 ‘책임성’ 역량과 관련성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 향후 농촌지도사들의 역량강화를 통한 직무의 효과성을 제고하기 위하여 직무별로 관련성이 높게 나타난 역량들에 대한 중점적인 교육이 실시될 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 신규지도사의 최초 직무 배치시 개별역량의 측정 결과를 바탕으로 적정한 직무에 배치할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is trying to drive the competence relevant to extension worker`s functions. We also conducted a correspondence analysis between the individual competence and extension worker`s functions. As a result of the analysis, the functions of guidance planning correlated with ‘problem solving’ and ‘creation of ideas’. Education functions correlated with ‘extension work evaluation’, ‘customer satisfaction’ and ‘understanding’. And crop technology diffusion functions were analyzed relevant to the ability of ‘training skill’ and ‘responsibility’ is high. In this study, extension empowerment need to educate suitable education which is high relation between competency and extension worker`s functions and develop new suitable education model. And the baseline data will be made use, when arrange reasonable function to new extension workers, through individual competency measured.

        농업인의 개인역량과 조직성과간의 연관관계 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 농업인의 개인역량이 농업인이 속한 조직의 성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치며, 조직성과에 큰 영향을 주는 개인역량의 도출을 통해 농업조직의 성과 향상을 통한 국내농업의 경쟁력제고에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구 분석결과 11개의 농업인 개인역량 중 “관리능력, 고객만족, 마케팅, 정보 획득”은 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, “전략적사고”는 조직성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 다소 예측하기 힘든 추상적 역량인 “팀워크, 창조성, 혁신성, 실행성, 유연성”은 통계적 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 농업인들에게 내재되어 있는 중요 역량으로 조직성과 향상을 위해 장기적이고 지속적인 교육을 통한 농업인 개인역량 강화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This study aimed at learning the effect of farmers` individual competency on the performance of agricultural organization, and providing the preliminary data about strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture of the country by showing the effect of farmers` individual competency on the performance of agricultural organization. According to the results of our study, among 11 individual competencies, the ability to manage, customer satisfaction, marketing, and getting information have the positive relationship with the performance of agricultural organization, but strategic thinking has the negative relationship with the performance. The relationship between the performance and abstract competencies like teamwork, creativity, innovation, feasibility, and flexibility is not statistically significant. However, the abstract competencies are the core competencies within farmers, so farmers should be educated continuously in the long run in order to raise the performance.
