        방사선 처리에 의한 돌연변이육종 (突然變異育種) (2) X 선 및 열중성자가 배추와 무우 기건종자에 (氣乾種子) 미치는 영향

(2) Effects of X-ray and Thermal Neutron Irradiation on Dry seeds of Chinese cabbage and Radish. Kor. Jour. Bot. Vol. V. No. 1. p.1∼6. 1969 : With the aims to find the biological effects of X-ray and thermal neutron on dry seeds of Chinese cabbage and radish, and to examine the utility of artificial mutation in plant breeding, this experiment was carried out through the treated and next generation. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) Germination rate was rather irregular than decreasing as increasing dose of radiation and there were no differences between Kyong-Sam and Chyong-Bang of Chinese cabbage. 2) In R_l generation, abnormal leaves from seedling of irradiated seeds were observed. These were more apparent in X-ray irradiation than in thermal neutron. 3) Seedling height was inhibited with increasing dose of X-ray and thermal neutrons. Growth inhibition was more remarkable in X-ray than in thermal neutron. Kyong-Sam demonstrated more sensitivity than Chyong-Bang in both X-ray and thermal neutron. 4) Seedling height produced from seeds subjected to thermal neutrons showed small variation around its mean value, while in X-irradiation there was a greater deviation from the mean value. 5) Fertility was decreased as increasing with dose, while the frequency of abortive pollen was increased. There were variability of the fertility and frequency of abortive pollen among plants or branches of a plant. 6) The mutants were obtained more in thermal neutron irradiation than in X-ray. The types of mutations obtained in Chineae radish of R_2 generation were abnormal leaf, densely glowing leaf, degeneration in growing point and dwarf. The maximum frequency of phenotypic mutations was abnormal leaf mutation.

        1. 靑果 및 加工用으로 對日輸出이 有望視되는 (스윗. 콘)의 日本의 代表的인 5 F₁品種의 地域適應調査를 爲하여 1975年 5月 15日 부터 同年 7月 14日에 걸쳐 6期의 播種期別로 直播를하여 京畿道安城에서 相互作用의 觀察을 實施하였다. 2. IV期播種區는 各品種共히 生育期가 가장 짧아 이時期에 播種을 하면(스윗.콘)生産費를 節減하게 될것이다. 3. G, C, B, Bell品種은 어느 播種期에서도 極早生品種임을 나타내어 大量計劃生産時에 20%混植하는것이 有利할 것이다. 4. G, C, B, Topel, G, C, B, T-51 및 Keytone Jubile 3品種은 Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, 播種期에서 果長과 無苞果重이 特히 優秀하였으므로, 優良果生産에는 播種期에 限界가 있는것 같았다. 5. 將次의 關聯되는 實驗에는 다음 事項의 配慮가 必要하게 될것임 1) 相互作用을 檢知하기 爲한 實驗設計 2) (스윗. 콘)糖度比較를 爲한 격??포설정

      • Interspecific hybrids in Cucurbita : (1) Early yield of summer squashes (1) 靑果의 早期收量

        1. 早期多收와 優良品質의 靑果生産의 種間雜種育成을 爲하여 C.moschata 種과 C.pepo 種의 서울마디 및 Zucchini 品種의 自殖3世代系統을 人工受粉으로 交雜하였으며 兩親과 F_1을 1977년 安城에서 生産力檢定을 한 結果 F_1은 C.pepo 種의 早期多收性과 C.moschata 種의 品質을 갖이고 있는 것이 判明되였음. 2. 本組合의 交雜에서의 結實率은 相當히 良好하여 F_1 雜種種子를 얻는데는 何等의 文障이 없는것같다. 3. 다음과 같은 將次의 硏究는 호박屬의 種間雜種育種을 發展시키는데 바람직스럽다. (1) C.moschata × C.pepo 의 組合檢定 (2) 다음 組合의 結實率調査 가. C.pepo × C.moschata 나. C.pepo × C.masxima 다. C.moschata × C.ficifolia 라. C.pepo × C.ficifoli 마. C.moschata × C.masxima (3) C.pepo의 春期에서의 雄花誘起를 지베레린으로 하는 方法의 可能性硏究 (4) 貯藏花粉 뇌수분 老花授粉에 따르는 結實率의 差異 In order yo create an interspecific hybrid having early productivity as C. pepo and best table quality as C. moschata, inbreeing lines for three generations of Seoul Madi(C. moschata) and Zucchini(C. pepo) were crossed in artificial pollination. Through evaluation test the two of parental lines and the F_1 at Anseung, Korea in 1977, the F_1 was found to be fairly promising, as same total number of summer squash as that of C. pepo and best table quality as that of C. moschata from June 20 to July 4. 2. Since fertility in crossing of C. moschatax C. pepo was fairy good, no bobjection seemed to be arised in obtaining F_1 hybrid seed. 3. Further study as follows shall be desirable for developing interspecific hybrids in Cucurbita. (1) further combining test for C. moschatax C. pepo. (2) fertility test for following combinations. C. pepox C. moschata, C.pepox C. maxima C. moschatax C. ficifolia, C. pepox C. ficifolia C. moschata x C. maxima (3) feasibility study for induction male flower in C. pepo through Gibberellin during spring season. (4) fertility differences in using stored pollen, bud pollination, and end season pollination

      • Study of Pollen Germination : 1. Eligible media for pollen germination in Cabbage(Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L.) 양배추 花粉發葉에 適合한 培地(英文)

        양배추(甘藍)의 花粉發芽에 適合한 培地實驗을 1976年 安城農業專門學校에서 實施하였다. 1. 旣知의 4種類와 이를 變形한 5種類의 培地가 比較되여 New-comber氏培地의 材料인 砂糖用量을 4gr로 增加한 培地가 양배추에 한결같이 適合하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 2. <스라이드>上에 花粉을 發散시키는 置床方法은 培地處理前飛散方法이 處理後飛散 또는 葯裂破보다 良好하였다. 3. 培地置床方法은 過度의 培地를 흔들어 除去하는 方法과 手指로 拂拭하는 方法과는 別다른 差異를 認定하지 못하나 前者가 實施容易하였다. 4. 本硏究와 關聯하여 培地의 ph 및 冷藏庫에 一時貯藏된 培地에 일어나는 化學變化에 對한 將次의 實驗이 必要할 것이다. Experiments on eligible pollen germination media in cabbage were conducted at Ansung Agricultural Junicr College in 1976. 1. Four kinds of already known media and five kinds of modified media were compared and 4 gram of sugar content of molified Newcomber a media proved to be consistently eligible for cabbage. 2. Pre-pollen dusting treatment showed better result over that of post-pollen dusting and another crushing treatment. 3. Dropping and shaking way of media treatment resulted in about same degree of smearing way but the former one was considerably easy in its performance. 4. Further studies on eligible pH media and chemical changes of the stored media in refrigerator shall be desirable in related to this study.
