Stationary discontinuous armatures that are used in permanent magnet linear synchronous motors have been proposed as a driving source of transportation systems. The main problem with the stationary discontinuous primary arrangement is synchronization. This paper presents the synchronization method at the stationary discontinuous armature PM-LSM.

대학구내 공원시설은 학생들과 시민들이 다양하고 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 여러 시설을 갖추고 있어야 하며 야간에도 활용 가능케 조명시설을 갖추고 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소공원내의 산책로에서는 볼라드 타입 메탈할라이드 50[W]를 지그내그 배열로 배치하였고, 운동기구에서는 안전성 확보를 위하여 메탈할라이드 400[W]를 7개를 설치하여 조명 계획을 검토하고 설계하였다. 산책로와 운동시설에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 활용하여 안정적인 조명모델을 제시 하였다.

The visual environment in an educational building, apart from providing the comfortable seeing conditions needed for the performance of a wide variety of work tasks, must also satisfy the psychological and emotional needs of learners. This paper presents study on actual illumination environment of college and comparison of economical efficiency in order to figure out illumination problems. Furthermore, it attempts to suggest an optimum design of lecture room illumination through computer simulation. We try to evaluate economical efficiency of lighting design in lecture room under the illumination plan which is based on illumination maintenance and uniformity ratio that K.S. illumination standard sets.
플라이휠 시스템의 최적화를 위한 마그넷 베어링의 시뮬레이션

We have analyzed electromagnetic characteristics of a superconducting bearing using the Maxwell 3D program. The superconducting bearing, which was the important part of the superconducting flywheel energy storage system, composed of a stator and a rotor. Magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets were applied to the superconducting units and resulted in the decrease of mutual flux linkage. The irons located at center induced the magnetic flux from the parallel axis which increased the flux linkage between permanent magnets and superconducting units. This might be due to the perfect diamagnetism of the superconducting units.
