        직장인의 레저 스포츠 참가형태와 조직유효성과의 관계

        The purpose of this research is not only to show theoretical basis for relation between workers` leisure sports participation and the organizational effectiveness but also to provide basic data for the successful performance in workplace and industrial management strategy by analyzing how factors about worker`s participation in leisure sports affect the organizational effectiveness. To perform this purpose, we picked up 800 employee including 400 employees working in Seoul, and 400 employees working in Kyunggido (Suwon, Anyang) and divided them to two groups-one group with leisure sports participation and the other without leisure sports participation. The last picked-up are 407 with leisure sports and 278 without leisure sports. According to purpose of research, we collected statistics by taking advantage of SPSS PC+ (ver 8.0) program, reliability examination, Mean & SD, the pearson correlated method and One way ANOVA. The consequence through all data analysis is the following; Second, while leisure sports participation frequency has a positive influence only on intrinsic motivation factor, leisure sports participation period has positive influence on intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, job involvement, job commitment and job performance.

        초등학생들의 놀이활동과 사회성 발달과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of play activity suitable for the developmental stage of elementary school children on their sociability development. The subjects in this study were 72 students in two different fifth-grade classes in N Elementary School. A 36-member experimental group and B 36-member control group were organized. For experimental design, control group pretest-posttest design was selected. The experimental group was engaged in play activities in 30 sessions for 15 weeks, two sessions a week. To see the effect of the experiment, pretest and posttest were conducted to estimate descriptive statistics for sociability subfactors. One-way ANOVA were utilized to make a comparative analysis of the change of sociability subfactors between the selected groups. The findings of this study were as below: First, the experimental group that joined play activities significantly outperformed the control group in sociability(p<.05). So it`s proven that play activities exerted a positive influence on the sociability development of the elementary school students. Second, the experimental group was significantly better at industry, cooperation, law-abiding and independence than the control group(p<.05), but no significant difference was observed in a sense of duty(p>.05). So it`s found that play activities had a positive impact on the industry, cooperation, law-abiding and independence of the elementary school students, which were all the subfactors of sociability development, but that their sense of duty wasn`t affected.
