        19세기 전ㆍ중반기 프랑스 선교사들의 조선 입국 시도와 서해 해로

        The purpose of this thesis is to find out about the process to seek Korean entry route of French missionaries. Bishop Ferreol envisioned this work. And Father Kim-Dae-Geon(金大建) practiced it. This thesis also put great emphasis on the exploitation of the entry route through the seaway of the West Sea. There were several attempts to seek entry route of missionaries before 1843: Bishop Ferreol was appointed to Korean Vicar Apostolic in that year. In those days, the envoy's march which Korea(Jo-seon) sent to China(Cheong) was in existence. They used the route through Ui-ju Byeon-mun(義州 邊門). The emissaries of Korean church utilized this route. Father Ju-Mun-Mo entered through this way. Three French missionaries also came in by similar way. But this route was interrupted after 1839's Persecution. On December 1842, Kim-Dae-Geon searched around Ui-ju Byeon-mun. He met Kim Francisco on the envoy's march of the Winter Solstice at that time. The whole circumstances of 1839's Persecution and the situation of Korean church were reported on the outside. The connection with Korean church have been cut off since 1839's Persecution. It restored in the third year. He tried out infiltration in Korea after succeeding to contact with emissary. He wanted to take Father Maistre in Korea. Therefore he entered alone to Korea on February of the next year. But he should return as it failed to attain the desired end. Bishop Ferreol was appointed to Korean Vicar Apostolic in 1843. After that, he envisioned the entry route to penetrate effectively in Korea. And he selected Father Kim with practician of his plot. He was a seminarian at that time. Bishop Ferreol thought that Korean priest effectively would practice this plot. Besides Father Kim had courage, bravery and geographical faculty. These became important backgrounds that he was selected. At first, they envisioned and attempted the plan to enter through a land route. This route is passing Ui-ju Byeon-mun or the Northeast. Kim-Dae-Geon directly explored this area and attempted a entry. But this didn't succeed. The reason was that it would be dangerous to french missionaries of different appearance. Besides a guard of the frontier had been solemn since 1839's Persecution. Bishop Ferreol also envisioned entry through the Seaway of The West Sea on behalf of a land route. Bishop Imbert and Father Maubant had already devised this plan. In 1840, Bishop Ferreol discovered the letter which contain this scheme. He probably has referred to this letter. Kim-Dae-Geon was ordained deacon on December 1844. Thereafter he entered to Korea alone. Then he received direction from Bishop Ferreol to inquire the plan to enter through the Seaway of the West Sea. When he went to Shang-hai(上海) to be ordained priest, he passed by seaway. He was ordained priest on August 1845. After that, he entered to Korea with Bishop Ferreol and Father Daveluy by similar way. However the seaway also was dangerous and uncertain because of strict surveillance and wind wave. So Bishop Ferreol envisioned a method to use Chinese fishing craft to come and go in coast of Hwang-hai-do(黃海道) for a fishery. And he commanded exploitation of entry route by this method to Father Kim. Father Kim was arrested on the way exploration of this coast for this work. And he died for his belief. The exploitation of entry route was shrunk for a little time due to aftereffect of Father Kim's arrest and martyr. But it was continued to attempt to enter by Ui-ju Byeon-mun and coast of Hwang-hai-do in the long run. Father Choi-Yang-Eob(崔良業) entered to Korea by Ui-ju Byeon-mun on December 1849. Three missionaries including Bishop Berneux arrived in Korea by coast of Hwang-hai-do on March 1856. Thereafter another missionaries used similar seaway.         마이크로데이터 제공과 통계적 노출조절기법

        마이크로데이터를 이용자에게 제공하면 레코드 단위의 데이터가 노출되고 응답자의 정보 노출위험이 불가피하다. 통계적 노출조절기법은 통계데이터 제공시 노출위험을 줄이면서 데이터 유용성을 높이기 위한 통계적 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 노출과 노출위험, 그리고 통계적 노출조절기법을 고찰하였고 데이터 유용성과 연관하여 노출조절기법 선택 전략을 살펴보았으며, '위험-유용성 경계 지도' 방법의 예를 알아보았다. 마지막으로 마이크로데이터를 이용자에게 제공할 때 단계별로 검토할 사항을 알아보았다. When micro data are released to users, record by record data are disclosed and the disclosure risk of respondent's information is inevitable. Statistical disclosure control techniques are statistical tools to reduce the risk of disclosure as well as to increase data utility in case of data release. In this paper, we reviewed the concept of disclosure and disclosure risk as well as statistical disclosure control techniques and then investigated selection strategies of a statistical disclosure control technique related with data utility. The risk-utility frontier map method was illustrated as an example. Finally, we listed some check points at each step when microdata are released.

        표본조사에서 설계기반추론과 모형기반추론

        표본조사에서 이용하는 모수 추론 방법인 설계기반추론과 모형기반추론을 고찰하였다. 설계기반추론은 확률화 원리에 기초를 두고 있는 반면 모형기반추론은 가정한 모형에서 조건부 원리와 우도 원리에 바탕을 두고 있다. 두 추론은 서로 다른 이론적 근거를 사용하기 때문에 이론적 기초에 관한 논쟁이 오래 전부터 있어 왔으며 지금도 진행되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 두 추론 사이에 진행되었던 논쟁의 초점을 살펴보았고 몇 가지 관점에서 두 추론의 장단점을 비교하였다. We investigate both the design-based and model-based inferences, which are usual inferential methods in survey sampling. While the design-based inference is on the basis of randomization principle, The motel-based inference is based on likelihood principle as well as conditionality principle. There have been some disputes between two inferences for a long time and those have not yet been determined. In this paper we reviewed some issues on two inferences and compared their advantages and disadvantages in some viewpoints.

        기업경기실사지수의 통계적 성질 고찰

        기업경기실사지수는 기업의 지난 실적과 기업가의 계획이나 판단 등을 기초로 하여 만들어지는 대표적인 경기 전망 지수이다. 이 지수는 경제 현장에서 널리 사용됨에도 불구하고 아직까지 규명된 통계적 성질은 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 기업경기실사지수에 대한 통계적 성질을 고찰한다. 유한모집단에서 모집단 기업경기실사지수를 정의하고 단순확률표집을 가정한 후 모집단 기업경기실사지수 추정량을 구하며, 기업경기실사지수의 기댓값, 분산, 비편향 분산 추정량, 신뢰구간, 상대표준오차를 구한다. 그리고 기업경기실사지수의 평가지표로서 상대표준오차보다는 신뢰구간이 더 합리적임을 언급한다. Business survey index(BSI) is an economic forecasting index made on the basis of the past achievement of the company and enterpriser's plan and decision for the future. Even the index is very popular in economic situations, only a little research result is known to the public. In the paper we investigate statistical properties of BSI. We define population BSI in the finite population and estimate it unbiasedly. Also we derive the variance of the estimated BSI and its unbiased estimator. In addition, confidence interval of the estimated BSI is proposed. We asserte that confidence interval of the estimated BSI is more reasonable than the relative standard error.

        공공측량 성과심사에서 심사비율 개선을 위한 연구

        공공측량에서 성과 심사는 표본조사로 이루어지기 때문에 성과심사에서 심사비율은 매우 중요한 요인이다. 현행 성과심사 심사비율은 성과심사 제도 실시 초기에 경험적으로 결정되었기 때문에 이론적인 바탕이 부족하다는 지적과 함께 최근의 심사 여건에 맞도록 심사비율을 개선해야 한다는 의견이 제기되었다. 본 논문에서는 현재 우리나라에서 이루어지고 있는 공공측량 성과심사의 현황을 개략적으로 알아보고 현행 성과 심사 심사비율을 개선하기 위한 이론적 토대로서 성과심사 심사비율과 적합확률, 심사대상 수, 합격 비율의 관계를 살펴본다. 또한 성과심사 심사비율과 심사비용과의 관계를 토의한다. The performance test in a public survey is conducted by a sample survey and the sampling rate of the performance test is a very important factor in the test process. Since the current sampling rate was decided empirically at an earlier time, it has been criticized for two points: the first is that it has a lack of a theoretical background on the decision for the sampling rate and the second is that the sampling rate should be improved in accordance with current test situations. In this paper, we review the present state of performance tests in public surveys in Korea and study the relationship between the rate of the performance test and fitness probability, number of tests, and the success rate in order to create a theoretical background to improve the test rate. In addition, we discuss relationship between the test rate and cost in the performance test.

        복합패널 데이터에 기초한 최소제곱 패널회귀추정량의 설계기반 성질

        We investigated design-based properties of the ordinary least square estimator(OLSE) and the weighted least square estimator(WLSE) in a panel regression model. Given a complex data we derive the magnitude of the design-based bias of two estimators and show that the bias of WLSE is smaller than that of OLSE. We also conducted a simulation study using Korean welfare panel data in order to compare design-based properties of two estimators numerically. In the study we found the followings. First, the relative bias of OLSE is nearly two times larger than that of WLSE and the bias ratio of OLSE is greater than that of WLSE. Also the relative bias of OLSE remains steady but that of WLSE becomes smaller as the sample size increases. Next, both the variance and mean square error(MSE) of two estimators decrease when the sample size increases. Also there is a tendency that the proportion of squared bias in MSE of OLSE increases as the sample size increase, but that of WLSE decreases. Finally, the variance of OLSE is smaller than that of WLSE in almost all cases and the MSE of OLSE is smaller in many cases. However, the number of cases of larger MSE of OLSE increases when the sample size increases. 본 논문에서는 패널회귀모형에서 회귀계수의 일반최소제곱추정량과 가중최소제곱추정량의 설계기반 성질을 살펴보았다. 복합표본이 주어진 경우에 두 추정량의 설계편향을 구하여 가중최소제곱추정량의 설계편향의 크기가 더 작음을 보였다. 또한 한국복지패널 데이터를 대상으로 모의실험을 실시하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 일반최소제곱추정치의 상대편향이 가중최소제곱추정치의 상대편향보다 약 2배 정도 크게 나타났고 일반최소제곱추정치의 편향비가 더 크게 나타났다. 그리고 표본수가 증가하면 일반최소제곱 추정치의 상대편향은 완만하게 줄어든 반면 가중최소제곱추정치의 상대편향은 급속도로 줄어들었다. 둘째, 표본수가 증가하면 일반초소제곱추정치와 가중최소제곱추정치의 분산과 평균제곱오차는 모두 줄어들였다. 그러나 평균제곱오차에서 차지하는 편향제곱의 비율은 표본수가 증가할 때 일반최소제곱추정치에서는 증가하는 반면 가중최소제곱추정치에서는 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 마지막으로 거의 모든 경우에 일반최소제곱추정치의 분산이 가중최소제곱추정치의 분산보다 작게 나타났다. 그리고 많은 경우에 일반최소제곱추정치의 평균제곱오차가 가중최소제곱추정치의 평균제곱오차보다 작게 나타났다. 그러나 표본수가 증가할수록 일반최소제곱추정치의 평균제곱오차가 가중최소제곱추정치의 평균제곱오차보다 커지는 경우가 늘어났다.

      • A Study on the Auto Fuel Feeding Control System using Hall Sensor

        일반적으로 유체나 연료 공급 장치는 모터를 제어하기 위한 특별한 센서가 필요하고, 센서를 부착하기 위한 보조 장치와 부착하기 위한 공간이 필요하다. 또한 신호선 및 기타 배선 등이 필요하여 어려운 점이 따르게 된다. 본 논문에서는, 불편함과 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 홀센서를 이용한 제어시스템을 제안하였고, 시스템의 제어원리는 모터 동작 단계에 따라 전류흐름에 차이가 발생한다는 것을 이용하였다. 또한 제어 시스템이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 센서 설치에 따른 고장을 줄일 수 있었고, 재료비 및 인건비를 절감할 수 있다. Auto-Pumping 시스템은 Soft-Ware적응용을 통해 모든 유체 공급 시스템에 적용할 수 있으며, 차후에 시스템을 이용한 여러 종류의 장치를 개발할 수 있으리라 본다. Usually, fluid or fuel supply device need space to need special sensor to control motor, attaches with ancillary equipment to attach sensor. Also, difficult point follows need signal line and other circuit etc. In this paper, used that proposed control system that use hall sensor to solve discomfort and problem and difference control principle of system happens in current flow according to motor action step. Also, could reduce breakdown by sensor establishment, reduce material costs and personnel expenses as well as control system superior. Auto-pumping system sees that will can apply, develop several kind of device that use system hereafter to all fluid supply systems through soft-ware adaptation.

        포함확률비례추출에서 회귀계수 최소제곱추정량의 근사분산

        본 논문은 유한모집단에서 회귀계수추정량의 근사편향과 근사분산을 다루고 있다. 유한모집단에서 고정크기 포함확률비례표본을 추출하고 이 표본에서 조사된 데이터에 기초하여 회귀계수를 일반최소제곱추정량과 가중최소제곱추정량으로 추정할 때 두 추정량의 편향, 분산 그리고 평균제곱오차의 근사식을 유도하였다. 그리고 두 추정량의 효율을 비교하기 위하여 두 추정량의 분산을 비교하는 필요충분조건을 제시하였다. 또한 수치적인 비교를 위하여 간단한 예제를 소개하였다. This paper deals with the bias and variance of regression coefficient estimators in a finite population. We derive approximate formulas for the bias, variance and mean square error of two estimators when we select a fixed-size inclusion probability proportional to the size sample and then estimate regression coefficients by the ordinary least square estimator as well as the weighted least square estimator based on the selected sample data. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the comparison of the two estimators in terms of variance and mean square error are suggested. In addition, a simple example is introduced to numerically compare the variance and mean square error of the two estimators.
