고성경, 권영우, 류호상, 안나영, 김진형, 권광선, 김권섭. 다른 강도의 일회성운동이 염증인자 및 CK에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제20권 제4호. 367-378, 2011. 본 연구는 일반여성의 다른 강도의 운동이 염증인자인 CRP, 백혈구, 백혈구아형와 근육손상인자인 CK에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 11명의 여성이 본 연구에 참여하였으며 최대심박수의 65%와 최대심박수의 80%의 운동을 트레드밀을 이용하여 수행하였다. 연구대상들은 각각 250~300 kcal와 동일한 운동량을 수행하였다. 분석을 위한 채혈은 안정 시, 운동직후, 24시간 회복기에 이루어졌다. 결과 CRP의 경우 최대심박수의 80%에서 운동 후 안정 시에 비하여 회복기에 유의하게 증가하였지만 상호작용효과는 없었다. 백혈구의 경우 일회성운동직후 증가하였으며 상호작용효과가 나타나 높은강도의 운동처치가 더욱 높은 증가율을 보였다. 회복기에는 모두 안정 시 수준을 회복하였다. 백혈구아형의 경우 두 처치 모두 운동직후 유의하게 증가하여 회복기에 감소하였다. 그렇지만 상호작용효과는 없었다. 근 손상지표인 CK의 경우 두 처치 모두 안정 시에 비하여 운동직후와 회복기에 유의하게 증가하였으며 상호작용효과는 없었다. Exercise Science. 20(4): 367-378, 2011. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different exercise intensity on blood CRP, WBC, WBC subsets and CK concentration. Eleven females (age 27.3±4.38, weight 58.2±4.92) participated in this study and performed 65% HRmax and 80% HRmax by treadmill. Subjects performed an isoenergetic bout of exercise equal to 250~300 kcal. Blood samples extracted from pre, immediately after exercise and recovery period (24 hour later). No significant increase was founded in serum CRP concentration after immediately exercise in both treatment. There are significant increase in CRP from baseline to 24 h post-exercise for 80% HRmax but there are no significant interaction with 65% HRmax. Blood WBC concentration significantly increased immediately after exercise and such exercise induced increase was significantly higher for 80% HRmax exercise than 65% HRmax. Blood neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte concentration significantly increased immediately after exercise and returned baseline value at recovery period but there was no significant interaction with different exercise intensity. Blood CK concentration was significantly increased immediately after exercise in contrast to pre exercise value in both treatment and continued to the recovery period. But there was no significant interaction with different exercise intensity.
급성적인 최대 유·무산소 운동이 면역반응에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the acute aerobic and anaerobic exercise on immune response. Fourteen university soccer players arc sampled and divided into two groups -- one group of seven for aerobic exercise, the other for anaerobic exercise. The one group of aerobic exercise went through the Graded Exercise Test of Bruce protocol, using Treadmill, and were driven to be all-out; the other of anaerobic exercise took the Wingate Test. Blood the respective periods of rest, post exercise, and recovery for ten minutes. The results are as follows. (1) The acute aerobic and anaerobic exercise don't affect monocyte and granulocyte. (2) The change in lymphocyte and NK cell resulting from the acute aerobic and anaerobic exercise shows a significant differences in the three different periods, but not significant differences between the two groups.<br/> <br/>

Semi-solid metal was obtained by semi-solid continuous casting apparatus which consisted of melting furnace, cooling plate and continuous casting part. Primary α size, aspect ratio and hardness of an A356 Al alloy have been investigated. Crystal seeds of the primary α were nucleated on a cooling plate. The seed of primary crystals existing in the molten alloy grew granular grain. The minimum size of primary α at pouring temperature 700℃ were 65 ㎛ in BN coated cooling plate, 53 ㎛ in BN uncoated cooling plate. BN coated cooling plate prevented molten metal from becoming hard. The primary α size increases from 53 ㎛ to 61 ㎛ as casting temperature increase from 630℃ to 650℃. The aspect ratio was increased with increasing primary α size. To investigate the effect of addition of Al-5Ti-1B master alloy is added to A356 Al alloy. The primary α size and aspect ratio are about 42 ㎛ and 1.3 at the content of additional 0.5% grain refiner. The solid fraction of the α phase are about 60∼70%.
