In case of Two-Wheel Vehicle of Internal combustion engine using gasoline, Electronic Two-Wheel Vehicles have been supplied in downtown causing of noise pollution and emissions. The electric two-wheel vehicles use the electricity occurring in the battery. The performance of Lithium-ion battery we use commonly, were changed by the ambient temperature changes. In this paper, we analyzed th electric two-wheel vehicles’s performance changes by the temperature changes using the chassis dynamometer and the environmental chamber.

The approximately 50,000,000 two-wheeled vehicles were produced in 2008. From the market demands of the green two-wheeled vehicle, the development and sales of the hybrid two-wheeled vehicle industry is active. In this paper, we analyzed the change of motor & battery efficiency, drive distance, hill climbing ability from the change of the motor capacity. And we simulated the peculiarities of drives in urban driving schedule(World-wide Motorcycle Test Cycle(WMTC), Manhattan driving schedule), constant speed(10㎞/h, 35㎞/h) of the small electronic two-wheeled vehicle in urban.

Recently, Increasing interest of Earth Environment in the whole world, Demand of Eco-Friendly transportation has increased. Electronic two-wheeled vehicles supply has been promoted by Noise pollution and exhaust gas of Internal combustion engine"s two-wheel vehicles that is operated by gasoline. Thus it has been increased to demand of a performance evaluation of electronic two-wheeled vehicles. The Methods of electronic two-wheeled vehicles performance evaluation are driving test in Outdoor roads and using a Chassis Dynamometer. In this research, on road driving test and chassis dynamometer driving test were conducted in order to confirm the mileage per charge of an electric two-wheeled vehicle. Through this study, mileage per charge of an electric two-wheeled vehicle was confirmed on the road. In addition, mileage and energy consumption efficiency were measured in accordance with setting of the road in the dynamometer.

This paper describes the high response and high precision position control method of 50W motor driving module for automotive intake valve control. The proposed control system, which is mainly consisted of a BLDC motor, a throttle plate, a return spring and reduction gear, has a position sensor with an analogue voltage output on the throttle valve position. In order to improve and obtain the high resolution for the position control, it is generally needed to consider a settling time, the steady-state error etc. in a view of engineering practice. In this paper, instead of the 2-phase switching that is conventionally used, the 3-phase switching between successive commutations is adapted to improve precision position control. In addition, the position control algorithm with a variable PI gain is applied to improve a dynamic response during a transient period and reduce vibration at a stop in case of matching position reference. The mentioned method can be used to operate the high-precision position control for the ETC module and the high response characteristics. The validity of the proposed method is examined through the experimental results.
