이 연구는 군 병사들의 스포츠참여가 집단응집성, 군생활적응성 그리고 조직효과성에 미치는 인과관계를 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2009년 현재, 국방부예하 육군·해군·공군부대에서 복무하고 있는 병사들을 모집단으로 선정한 후, 확률 표집법 중 하나인 유층집락표집법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 표집은 부대유형을 고려하여 각각 400명씩, 계급별·특기별로 층화하여 총 1,200명을 선정하였으나, 최종 분석에 사용된 사례 수는 1,067명이었다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 14.0 및 AMOS 16.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 스포츠참여는 집단응집성, 군생활적응성 그리고 조직효과성에 직·간접적인 영향을 미친다. 특히 집단응집성과 군생활적응성은 스포츠참여와 조직효과성간의 관계를 연결하는 중요한 매개요인임이 도출되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal model among sport participation, group cohesiveness, military life adaptation and organizational effectiveness of soldiers. For doing this, the soldiers in the army, the navy, and the air force under the Ministry of Defense as of 2009 were selected to be the population, and samples were extracted by using stratified cluster sampling, one of the methods of probability sampling. The number of the samples was 400 for each group by consideration of types of troops, and a total of 1,200 were sampled by ranks and specialities. A total of 1,067 questionnaires out of the collected ones, except for the ones inappropriate for research data, were used in this study as cases. The data was conducted of structural equation model based on the research hypotheses by using SPSS WIN 14.0 and AMOS 16.0 programs for statistics. As a result, sport participation directly and indirectly affected group cohesiveness, military life adaptation, and organizational effectiveness. In particular, group cohesiveness and military life adaptation were significant mediation variables connecting the relation between sport participation and organizational effectiveness.

이 연구는 군 스포츠의 선두주자라 할 수 있는 군대스리가 참여 군인을 대상으로 군대스리가 참여재미와 친구관계 질, 자아지각, 심리적 안녕감 간의 인과적 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 지난 2009시즌 군대스리가 결선리그에 참여한 군인을 대상으로 총 324명을 표집 하였으며, 유효 표본으로 259명의 설문자료를 확보하였다. 연구변인간의 상관관계 검정을 위해 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 연구모형 검정을 위해 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 군대스리가 ‘참여재미’는 ‘친구관계 질’에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 군대스리가 ‘참여재미’는 ‘자아지각’에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ‘친구관계 질’은 ‘자아지각’에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ‘친구관계 질’은 ‘심리적 안녕감’에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ‘자아지각’은 ‘심리적 안녕감’에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify the casual model among enjoyment of participation, quality of friendship, self-perception, and psychological well-being based on participants of the Kundae’s league(A national league for the Korean armed forces). The Kundae’s league is currently the front runner of the armed forces’ sports. Of 324 South Korean armed forces who participated in the 2010 seasonal Kundae’s league, 259 samples were obtained as usable data. In order to test correlation among items, SPSS 15.0 was implemented. Then, AMOS 7.0 was performed to examine the fit of the models. An alpha level of .05 was set. As a result, enjoyment of participation positively predicted quality of friendship and self-perception. Quality of friendship was positively associated with self-perception and psychological well-being. Lastly, self-perception was positively related to psychological well-being.
