[동력전달계부문] 차량계 모델링과 실차 실험을 통한 변속 특성 분석

In this study, a vehicle model for analyzing the shift characteristics is proposed. And On-road car test is carried out in order to extract model parameters and verify the proposed model. The model is composed of a detailed powertrain, an engine/AT housing, a simplified suspension system, tires and a vehicle body model. On the test, the vehicle accelerations and pitch ratio are measured by using accelerometers and gyro sensor. The other data, for example speeds, a throttle position and a brake signal, are taken from sensors which already exist in the vehicle. Vehicle model parameters are extracted from experimental data. Dynamic behavior at shift is simulated using the proposed vehicle model. By comparing and analyzing the simulation result and on-road car test data, the vibration of the Engine/AT housing influences dynamic behavior at shift. The effect of model parameters are also studied. Among model parameters, the location of engine mount influences the vibration of vehicle body resulting from the Engine/AT housing.

In this study. a new driving mode considering grade is proposed because the mode. which is used to estimate fuel consumption and emissions. is the foreign driving mode assuming f1at road. i.e. ftp-75 driving mode. And the algorithm to measure road grade in real time is also suggested. as the vehicle acceleration and gravity are the same physical quantities. Dynamic Programming is one of the global optimization techniques used to develop optimal control strategies for HEVs. In this paper, we applied dynamic programming in deriving the maximum possible fuel economies of three types of vehicles, a diesel HEV. Honda Insight and Toyota Prius. The results from the optimizations were validated with the histories of control variables and the operating points of the power sources. We compared fuel economies from the optimizations with those from other researches.<br/>
