대학 태권도 지도자의 멘토링 역할이 대학선수의 관계품질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for understanding the importance of mentoring and activate the mentoring of university Taekwondo instructor through identifying the effect of instructor’s mentoring on relationship quality (i.e., athlete satisfaction, trust in instructor and Taekwondo commitment). The subjects of this research were Taekwondo athletes of Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do region. 343 questionnaires were used as the final data. The results are as follow. First, career development skill and psycho- social skill of mentoring’s sub-factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on athlete satisfaction. Second, psycho-social skill and career development skill of mentoring’s sub-factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on trust in instructor. Third, career development skill, role model ability and psychosocial skill of mentoring’s sub-factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on Taekwondo commitment.
