A Large Eddy Simulation(LES) was performed for the prediction of unsteady dispersion behavior of hydrogen fluoride (HF). The HF leakage accident occurred at the Gumi fourth industrial complex was numerically investigated using the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) based on the LES. The accident area was modeled three-dimensionally and time-varying boundary conditions for wind were adopted in the simulation for considering the realistic accident conditions. The Message Passing Interface (MPI) parallel computation technique was used to reduce the computational time. As a result, it was found that the present LES simulation could predict the unsteady dispersion features of HF near the accident area effectively. The dispersion behaviors of the leaked HF was much affected by the unsteady wind direction. The LES could predict the time variation of the HF concentration reasonably and give an useful information for the risk analysis while the prediction with the time-averaging concept of HF concentration had a limitation for the amount of HF concentration at specific location point. 점화원 위치 및 점화시간 변화에 따른백드래프트 거동에 관한 수치적 연구

The behavior of backdraft in the compartment with different ignition locations and times was numerically investigated. The Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) v5.5.3 with a model-free simulation option was used in the numerical simulation of backdraft. The ignition source was located near the inside wall, at the compartment center and near the window opening, respectively. The ignition was started at the instance when the fresh air reached the ignition location or when a sufficient time passed compare to the instance of the arriving of the fresh air to the ignition location. As a result, for the ignition source was located near the inside wall, a strong fire ball was observed at once and the result was similar to the previous experimental result. For the ignition source was located at the center of the compartment, a strong fire ball was occurred and two strong fire balls were observed consecutively for the ignition time was delayed. For the ignition source was located near the window opening and longer time was given for the ignition compare the duration of the fresh air arriving to the ignition location, the rapid temperature variation was not observed because there was no flame. However, for the ignition was started at the instance when the fresh air reached the ignition location, the ignition could be initiated and a intensive fire ball was observed. The pressure measured at the upper inside part of the window opening provided a similar trend with the previous experimental result of compartment backdraft.

본 연구는 한국과 베트남의 물류현황에 대한 탐색적인 비교 연구를 통해 우리나라 수출 및 수입하는 기업들에게 물류비용을 어떻게 하면 최소화 할 수 있는지와 수출을 확대하고 새로운 시장 개척을 통해 글로벌시장으로의 진입을 생각하고 있는 기업들에게 효과적인 전략안을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 첫째, 베트남의 물류시장은 타국에 비해 그 규모가 작으나 성장 잠재력이 매우 큰 매력적인 시장이다. 특히 베트남 해상운송은 물동량의 약 80%를 차지 할 정도로 잠재력이 큰 것으로 평가되며 향후 수출지향적인 제조업이 지속적으로 육성 될 것을 고려한다면, 성장전망이 매우 밝다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 가격경쟁 심화로 물류 비용 절감을 통한 경쟁력 제고의 필요성이 증대되고 있기 때문이다. 셋째, 중소기업 수출지원을 공공재적 기능의 강화로 비용, 수출, 물량 등에서 중소기업의 독자적 물류센터 구축은 어렵다는 점에서 수주지원 필수요소로서 공공재적 수출지원 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 공동물류센터 설치 필요성은 관련 불확실성과 관행을 극복하고 신뢰성 있는 현지 진출의 한국 전문물류 업체의 서비스를 이용하여 물류의 안정성을 도모하는 것이 비용절감의 원동력이 되기 때문이다. 따라서 공동물류센터를 베트남 지역별로 설치하면 가격 경쟁력을 가져올 뿐 아니라 비용절감 차원에서 효율적인 물류시장을 개척해 나갈 수 있을 것이라 여겨진다. 그리고 물류센터의 공동 이용으로 현지 언어 장벽, 물류 운송 등과 관련된 후진성 및 비즈니스 관행을 극복함으로써 원활하고 신속하게 업무를 처리할 수 있을 것이다. This study has the purpose to propose effective strategy for the exporting and importing companies of Korea to minimize logistics cost through An Exploratory Study on the logistics status of Korea and Vietnam. First, the logistics market of Vietnam is small in size compared with other countries, but is tremendously attractive in potential. In particular, the ocean transportation of Vietnam is evaluated as having huge potential as to occupy about 80% of the logistics amount, can be deemed as facing very bright prospect of growth when it is considered that the export-driven manufacturing industry will be fostered constantly. Second, price competition is intensifying to reduce logistics cost, and thus support should be offered to these causes. Third, since small and medium businesses have hard time in establishing independent logistics center, shared resources export services should be supported with. Installation of shared resources logistics center will become the driving force to cut cost by coping with the uncertainty and common practices and pursuing stability of logistics through use of the services by Korean specialized logistics companies that entered the local area. Therefore, installation of shared logistics center will help the excavate efficient logistics market for cost reduction while building price competitiveness, and as a result, applicable companies will be able to process works more smoothly and swiftly by coping with underdeveloped business common practices related to local language barrier and logistics through shared use of logistics center.
