PEMFC에서 Gas Channel 폭 비율 및 위치와 작동압력 및 온도가 성능에 미치는 영향 연구

In this paper the effects of the operation temperature and pressure were investigated by considering the geometric relation between the land and rib of bi-polar ratio in PEMFC and also the position of bi-polar at cathode. Two-dimensional geometry models are established with 2 or 3 gas channels that could provide the fuel through inlet channel such as H₂ and O₂ for anode and cathode GDL, respectively. It is found that the current density in lager width of the channel is lager than the smaller one. The change of operation temperature was confirmed as a factor of improvement on current density and also proved the high operation pressure could improve the current density at the boundary area between GDL and catalyst The saturation produced from the electrochemical reaction in the cathode were observed with the variation of operation temperature and pressure that depend on the shape of GDL channel and width of the bi-polar rib
