        The main purpose of this paper is to identify the concept of the peace development and to analyze the various factors for it. The inter-disciplinary study and cross-fertilization study on a large volume of literature and the results of pervious studies was carried on for this purpose. The peace development means the process for preparing better lives to conquer critical situation in this global village. Maintenance of world peace, promotion of the welfare of man, security of basic rights, preservation of the ecosystem, and humanization of technology-those are set forth for the main factors of peace development. Through the realization of those tasks man is able to build the global village in which he enjoys a life of happiness in an unpolluted enviroment, impairing the dignity of man in the peaceful world without hunger. Peace in this paper does not mean restraining wars, but more positively, eliminating causes of war. Welfare implies, in a larger sense, the state in which material, spiritual and social needs of man are satisfied. The meaning of human basic rights lies in the natural human right based on the idea of the natural law. Preservation of the ecosystem means to preserve an unpolluted natural environment by preventing contamination and by eliminating its sources. Humanization of technology connotes the technological development which will contribute to the realization of humanism, viewing man as the ultimate value of all. Man is considered to have infinite potentialities to get through any crisis or challenge. It is therefore believed that the ideal gloval village can be built by pursuing the right direction of peace development proposed in this paper. The only problem is the determination of man himself.
