The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of architectural history of designated cultural properties of modern educational facilities through the analysis of its status. This study considerate acceptance and evolution of modern educational facilities during the about seventy years from 1895 to 1965. Also, this study analyzes items that is distribution of construction and designation year, regional groups, and status of main structure material, status of conservation and utilization of facilities, its characteristics of architectural style. In this study, the result of analysis show that most analysis items of investment buildings are tend to biased and concentration to one direction. Accordingly, designated cultural properties of modern educational facilities are weakly express architectural representation and symbolism in the period of modern educational acceptance.

The purpose of this research is to propose a Korean school occupancy schedule for energy simulation. Recently, energy simulation using BIM data comes into the spot light as alternatives for the realization of green building worldwidely and the related research has been actively performed in Korea. However, Korea is relied on ASHRAE Standards for there is lack of guidelines and no energy simulation parameter that is adquate for domestic circumstances in Korea. In fact, there are many things that are not consistent with the reality of Korea and school buildings, particularly, has many problems in energy simulation because of the difference between two countries’ school curriculum. This paper, therefore, will understand the actual problem through analyzing the difference of ASHRAE standards’ criteria input result, suggesting Korean school occupancy schedule and verifying it with energy simulation. For this purpose, we select simulation tools in the first place, and establish architectural shape information and simulation parameter that includes architecture occupancy schedule. After that, we’ll not only be suggesting the difference between ASHRAE standards and Korean standards through energy simulation but also shall analyze the difference between each domestic schools’ curriculum. Finally, we shall aim at developing domestic green building design quality by suggesting the application method in the architectural design process for the utilization of Korean school occupancy schedule.

The first purpose of this study is to find out the modern architecture historical meaning and architectural characteristics of Jang Myun House which is "Registered Cultural Properties. No. 357". Accordingly, The main concept of this study is concerned with the conservation of Registered Cultural Properties in korean modern architecture. In addition, this study deals with the architect Kim, Jung-Hee who had designed The Culture Hall(old) of Myeong Dong cathedral, The hall(old) of DongSung high school in seoul as well as Jang Myun house. Especially, in this study, his roles on the history of korean modern architecture is evaluated.

The purpose of this study was to predict a group-based model of changes in adolescents’ peer relationships over time and the influence of individual, family and school covariates. The first year middle school panel data from the Seoul Educational Longitudinal Study (SELS) was analyzed. A total of five groups of trajectories were identified and each group was named as follows: low level maintain, mid-low level maintain, average level maintain, high level maintain and high level decline. A follow up multinomial logit analysis showed that adolescents with higher self-esteem have a higher probability of being in the mid-low level maintain, average level maintain, high level maintain, and high level decline groups. Similarly, adolescents with stronger child-parent relationships have a higher probability of being in the average level maintain, high level maintain and high level decline groups. Victimization experience increased the probability of falling into a low maintain group. Lastly, high school satisfaction predicted greater likelihood of group membership in the average maintain and high maintain groups.
지역특성을 고려한 농촌 초등학교건축 모형개발을 위한 기초연구

This paper is a series of study for the development of rural elementary school facilities model applying to the regional characteristics. Therefore, main theme of this paper is to pile up and analysis of elementary school facilities data in Po Cheon through a series of actual survey and interview with teachers. The results are summarized as follows ; First of all, in case of Po Cheon, it needs to study for urban model type as well as rural elementary school facilities model type. Second, extension type of buildings has separated as three types-zigzag extension type, vertical & horizontal extension type, separate building type. But another characteristics, such as type of site plan, type of corridor and module of classroom unit, outdoor space and elevation design, are monotonous. Third. the results of this analysis show that it is desirable to locate houses for teachers within boundaries. Finally, the future paper needs to be studying more various module of classroom unit, extension type, space program, type of floor plan and site plan.
