        충남(忠甫) A 고등학교(高等學校) 시설(施設)의 사용자(使用者) 평가(評價)를 통한 개선요소(改善要素)에 관한 사례연구(事例硏究)

        This study investigates the results of planning high school facility in accordance with the scope of the 7th educational curriculum by employing user satisfaction methodology. A high school in On-Yang, built recently to fulfill the objective of the curriculum was investigated in detail. Structured interview survey on both students and teachers were done while observation of the entire facility was carried out at the same time. Based on analysis of the interview and the observation, questions were developed, and subsequently questionnaire surveys, focused on how satisfied the students were regarding the school facility and what improvements could be made, were completed. The findings suggest that the degree of variation in planning class room should be employed considerably, as well as the efficiency of route among the facility blocks. Aspects of the other planning factors such as storey height, location of doors and windows, and equipments regarding the purpose of class room are additionally discussed.

        금융환경 변화에 따른 은행의 실내공간 변화에 관한 연구

        In this study, the modifications of the interior of bank branches that caused by the banking strategy, as well as customers" behavior, since the financial crisis in the late "90s, are investigated. By selecting and analysing the aspects of remodeling of twelve(12) branches in the Chung-Cheong area, the study finds a certain pattern in the changes as follows: 1) the area of counseling, including "private banking" is increased while conventional customer service area is substantially decreased. 2) Combined with ATM, high-counter area is functionally separated from low-counter in order to provide more expeditious service. 3) Due to the lack of space of newly furnished "quick" service area that is located near the entrance of the bank, entering / exiting possibly becomes agitating experience for customers. More accurate estimation of traffic, and appropriate space should be allocated in planning the area.

      • 도시형 실버타운 평면구성요소의 계획에 관한 연구

        Mainly the facility for the elderly can be divided into two parts : dwelling units and supportive areas. But, it is the living unit that should provide both a physically and psychologically stable base from which activities of the elderly can be carried on. It should also provide a substantial choice of lifestyle and make a real sense specifically for the elderly. This study is to analyze the unit plan of the facility for the elderly, generally called "silver town", in the urban area. Based on field observation and data from the related articles, a comparison is made among the three existing silver towns. Upon the comparative analysis, the study is to provide the directions for planning the individual unit that can vary for the purpose of users' selection.

        Assisted-living housings designed for the elderly are becoming familar and common (generally being called 'silver town') as the proportion of older persons in the Korean population begins to increase. Among other sectors, the dwelling unit is the common denominator of all developments for the elderly, yet the most determining one. It is essential that the dwelling unit provides both physically and psychologically stable bases from which the activities of life to be conducted, and should be efficient. The dwelling unit should permit a real choice of lifestyle, and also the environment should make sense specifically for the elderly. This study is to analyze the planning concept of dwelling in the two recently opened assisted-living housings for the elderly, based on existing documents, field observation, and theoretical data from the related articles. Furthermore, the study is to provide the suggestions for planning of the dwelling unit that can suit for the purpose of user's needs.

      • 멀티플렉스 영화관의 대기공간과 동선체계에 관한 연구

        The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of spatial configuration of the multiplex cinema on users' behavior in the waiting hall and cognitions of the circulation system. Two multiplex cinemas, Artreon representing a vertical configuration and CGV representing a horizontal one, were investigated in detail by methods of observation, interview, and questionnaire survey. Results showed that there must be separate route of entrance to and exit from the cinema hall at the vertical type. At the horizontal type there should be clear distinction among the entrance area to the auditorium, the waiting hall, and the auxiliary area such as concession stand. Furthermore, it is imperative for the horizontal type to have exit route not to be confused with the waiting hall at all, particularly in case of emergency, to prevent congested situation.

      • 서울시 문화지구의 지구단위계획에 관한 사례연구

        This study is to review and analyze the guidelines of "District Unit Plan" through the planning procedure of the cultural district in Insa-dong. In order to preserve traditional and cultural attributes in the Insa-dong district from imprudent commercial development, the cultural district was declared and the guidelines were set in 2000. The study explores how pertinent the guidelines are related to development goals of the district, and how the guidelines provide the directions and possibly become a part of actual design and planning practice in the step of implementation. Based on the analysis of existing conditions in the cultural district, conceivable discrepancies between some of aspects that may be brought on by the guidelines and maintaining characteristics of the cultural district are subsequently addressed.
