Cultural symbol is a conceptual feature of culture. Understanding and studying culture and trying to extract cultural symbol factors have important value significance for the success or failure of artistic creation and the level of artistic value. Some of the most basic attribute relationships exist between culture and artistic creation behavior: culture is the sum of the entire human life style, including multiple subsystems such as economy and politics. Art is only a subsystem representing the "aesthetic" function, but the formation of this subsystem is closely related to the entire cultural system, because the formation of the characteristics of aesthetic concepts in any society, It is also the "collective embodiment" of all cultural subsystems in the aesthetic field in this society. As the concept of "collective aesthetics" in the cultural system, works of art always participate in the aesthetic relationship of all subsystems in the cultural system in the way of "collective aesthetics" in culture.
