        본 논문은 해방후 현재까지의 우리나라 주택행정 및 정책을 분석적으로 개관해 봄으로서 그 문제점을 발견하고 이를 체계적으로 정리하여 앞으로 새로운 개선방안을 모색하려는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

      • 住居建物 用途地域의 改正 建築制限 規制에 關한 硏究

        The results obtained were summarized as follows. (A study on the Revised Construction regulation in the Resident Area) The use zoning and Resident Area zone deals with the transition of Policy type based on the model of analysis were outlined in the preceding chapter. The change of the contents of regulation was investigated concretely and the policy type of Revised Construction regulation the Resident Area was also analyzed by regime. The urban drift centralization of population discusses the transitional factors of policy type revealed in use zoning and Resident Area zone from the point of view of industrialization, social change, type of regime and administractive system. To improve this time-old policy style, the government should take more active attitude toward the solution of problems involved in the Revised Construction regulation policy for building and strive for the consensus of interests group in its formulation and implementation the future.

      • 인테리어 積算과 마무리 工事에 관한 硏究

        A. Flooring a. The result obtained are summarized as follows : A study on the Estimating for Interior and finishing work's. b. The types of flooring for different areas are generally indicated in Finish schedule. c. All under floors shall be clean, dry and smooth before application of flooring. Tongued and grooved flooring shall be blind nailed. Square edged flooring shall be surface nailed. f. Vinylasbestos tile requires less maintenance than the other resilient flooring materials due to its finely textured surface. B. walling a. Apply gypsum wallboard on walls horizontally. b. Install finish layer with laminating adhevibe, with joints on surface at least 25.4㎝ from the parallel joint in the base layer. c. Where gypsum wallboard is to be applied to curved surfaces, score wallboard on back side as required. Finish surface shall present smooth, even curve without fluting or other imperfactions. d. Drive staple with crown parallel to long dimension of framing member. Apply no more adhesive than can be covered in a 15 minute interval e. If old paper is existing on wall, same shall be removed completely before papering. Hand wall paper with butt joints. f. Paste on paper with paper hung perpendicular on walls, with all seams butted neatly. g. Fabrics shall be pasted on with a smooth surface, free from all blisters, pimples, ripples, etc. C. Ceiling a. Supension system shall be a concealed suspension system. b. The acoustical contractor shall furnish an install the concealed suspension system in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations in order to provide a satisfactory installation. c. The plenum above suspended ceilings is seldom empty, but usually used for duct work, piping, lighting fixtures and all of the other service componenth that make a building work. This means that access to the plenum is vital to keep all of these things in proper working order.

      • 건설 현장의 안전관리 실태와 사고 예방에 관한 연구

        The construction site was caused by most of the material factors, such as defects in hazardous machinery, appliances and equipment, defects in protective devices, and defects in protective gear, failing to detect potential or existing risks due to lack of safety inspections. Therefore, inspections should be conducted through the participation of supervisors who are in charge of the line most bright in the field and workers considered only for inspection to prevent disasters by eliminating risk factors in advance. Qualitative evaluation items shall be safety management plans, safety education, safety inspections, safety protection equipment, basic order compliance, and quantitative evaluation items shall be evaluated based on the number of industrial accidents, deaths, scattering accidents, and the number of stickers issued.

        The results obtained are summarized as follows: The major factors that have affected the transition of the type of administrative regulation policy for housing are the rapid process of industrialization social change and changes in the type of regime and administrative system. The industrialization process and social change have resulted in the phenomenon of urbanization and the development of science and technology which have a significant effect on the change of the contents of regulation. The degree of stress placed on regulation varies according to the type of regime and the change of administrative system also has an effect on the change of the contents of regulation.
