        A novel bidirectional magnetic micro actuator using a permanent magnet and micromachined silicon mirror has been designed, fabricated and characterized in this work. To realize a bidirectional microactuator, two permanent magnets having opposite magnetical direction each other were bonded onto the silicon mirror. A prototype bidirectional magnetic microactuator has been realized by integrating an electromagnet with the silicon mirror, which has permanent magnets on its backside. By applying a dc current of 1000 mA and altering its polarity, bidirectional motion on the tip of the mirror has been successfully achieved in the deflection range of 420 μm.

        An ability in reading can be obtained by premising exact comprehension, and it can be acquired by systematic coaching of study, in the students' active course of studying. In reading a sentence and catching the meaning in it, it must be free from a course of conveying simple knowledge, information and fact, and must be developed by course of thinking ability, creative ability and constructive faculty. Therefore, in this research, for developing an ability in reading effectively, we found and examined some requisites of in dependent studying. First, the course of studying independently. In coaching of study, we must structurize the subject for students, the subject of learning to recognize the aim of studying by shaping the aim, the substance, and the method of studying to find and solve the problem in an active studying action, and let the student announce their studying product, and make the best conclusion by question and answers, so that he can predict a series of studying action which can supplement and arrange it by making an effective studying plan for practicing this kind of studying action, and let the students have an independent studying action according to a course of recognition (subjective recognition-objective recognition-recognition of principle) Second, the course of teaching and studying for motivation. We should make and use the data for teaching by planning systematically the subject to teach and study, and carrying out the method which is suitable to the student's studying ability and character to cultivate an active and voluntary studying attitude by motivating one's studying motive if the learning subject, so that we could stimulate the students, interest and let then have right attitude and a view of value about general intellectual action. Third, the course of studying exercises. The material of studying exercises which lets students recognize the first course of studying and is a thing for suitable motivation interest and for successful completion of the following studying defines the studying element and system which is based upon the analysis of studying aim and subject, and it should be made to supplement the result to diagnostic test and formal test, so that the students may accomplish a revise learning about self-regulating studying attitude, developing studying ability and studying subject. Through the practice of the above studying conditions, students can make out the principles about subject matter of the study in a class where they are taught merely in uniform, established explanation by the teacher and from that they can obtain the faculty to discover and solve the problem in a voluntary atmosphere.

        Denta $Scan^R$을 이용한 즉시 임플랜트 시술시 최적의 식립 위치 대한 통계적 연구

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine proper position and angulation of an implant for immediate implantation. Materials and Method : From the years 1997 to 2000. 52 Denta $scan^R$ views, 22 upper and 32 lower jaw with an average age of 43 and 40 respectively, were investigated, which comprise intact upper and lower 6 anterior teeth and premolars. On the Denta $scan^R$, the optimal placement for the immediated implantation was simulated. The measuring methods included 1) Angulation difference between tooth long axis and alveolar bone process. 2) Angulation difference of long axis between tooth and installing fixture 3) Distance between center of tooth at cervical area and center of fixture. 4) Distance from root apex to the bone limit of vital structure. One sample t-test was used for statistical analysis. Result : The results were as follows. 1) At the maxillary central incisor and lateral incisor, angulation difference of long axis between tooth and installing fixture was respectively 0.5 and 3.2 degrees with the fixture center's palatally positioned 2mm apart from tooth center. 2) At the lower anterior 6 teeth, that was about $-2.8^{\circ}\;to\;-4.6^{\circ}$ with the fixture center's lingually positioned 1mm apart from tooth center. 3) At the maxillary canine and premolar, that was respectively $11.8^{\circ}\;and \;7.2^{\circ}$ with the fixture center palatally positioned $2\sim2.4mm$ apart from tooth center. 4) At the lower premolar area, that was about $0^{\circ}\;to\;2^{\circ}$ with the fixture center's lingually positioned $0.5{\sim}1mm$ apart from tooth center. 5) Distance from root apex to the bone limit of vital structure, at the maxillary anterior and premolars. was the range of 10 to 12mm, and at the mandibular anterior teeth and the 1st premolar, that was the range of 18 to 20mm. Conclusion : The proper implant position of maxillary anterior and premolar teeth is as paralleled as or more buccally angulated than long axis of tooth with the fixture center's palatally positioned. In mandiblular anterior region, long axis of implants is lingully angulated compared with long axis of tooth and in premolar, almost parelleled with long axis of tooth and alveolar process.

      • FeCoGe/페놀 자기변형복합소자의 자기탄성특성 측정

        Magnetostrictive composites fabricated by the optimized process using the adequate binder and magnetostrictive alloy powder are promising candidates to construct the solid state actuators, since they possess mechanical robustness and large magnetostriction. In this study, the measurement system have been constructed to investigate the magnetoelastic and elastic properties of the magnetostrictive composite. And the FeCoGe/Phenol composite type magnetostrictive devices were fabricated and their properties have been confirmed using the constructed system. The saturation magnetostriction of the composite was about 80 ppm at over 2000 Oe. The magnetostriction showed 2.5 times larger by inducing initial stress than the value of stress-free.

      • Azelaic acid의 항균 효과

        항균, 항바이러스, 항염증, 방부 성질 등을 지닌 AZ의 조성에 따른 항균력을 비교하였으며 이를 화장품에 이용하고자 하였다. 항균력은 broth dilution method를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 대상 균주는 그람 음성균인 Escherichia coli (ATCC No. 8739)와 그람양성균인 Staphyococcus aureus (ATCC No. 6538)와 Bacillus subtilis (ATCC No. 6633)였다. 항균제로 사용한 AZ의 조성비는 1-AZ 12.6%, PG TW60 59.3%, Arg. 7.1%, Di-water 20.9%와 2-AZ 16.9%, PG TW80 53.8%, Arg. 9.6%, Di-water 19.7%였으며, AZ의 비율이 더 높은 2-AZ의 항균효과가 더욱 우수하였다. 항균제로 사용한 AZ의 조성비는 1-AZ 17.4%, PG Lyso 51.9%, Arg. 9.9%, Di-water 20.9%와 2-AZ 27.9%, PG TW80 35.7%, TEA. 9.9%, Di-water 26.5%였으며, AZ의 비율이 더 높은 2-AZ의 항균효과가 더욱 우수하였다. 그러나 Escherichia coli는 조성과 농도에 크게 영향을 받지 않았으며 Bacillus subtilis는 농도에, Staphyococcus aureus는 조성에 크게 영향을 받았다.

        In heutiger Zeit wird die Welt in einen Groβmarkt umgewandelt. Hier uberleben zu Konnen, bedarf die koreanische Gesellschaft den fachichen Arbeitskraften, die Intelligenz, Fertigkeit und Personlichkeit, d. H. theoretische Kenntnisse, prakische Fahigkeiten und menschlich guten Charakter besitzen. Das Eergebnis der Diskussionen uber die Bildungsprobleme in Technical High Schools, die aufgrunde der Analysis von Curriculum und Problem in Technical High Schools zu diesem Zeitpunkt durchgefuhrt wurden, kann zusammengefabt werden: 1. Das ziel der Bildung in Technical High Schools soll darin bestehen, daβdie Shculer sich der rasanten Veranderung der Industrie anpassen sollen in dem die Kompetenz vermittelt wird, fundamentale Fertigkeiten und Kenntnisse zu erlernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln. 2. Fur die Wahl der Lernfacher fur Curriculum sind die industrielle Struktur, die Frage der Angebote und Nachfrage der Arbeitskrafte zu berucksigtigen, und auch Sicherstellung von Einrichtungen und Lehrkraften soll dabei mitberucksichtigt werden. 3. Fachliche Lehrbucher mussen die ausgewahlte Inhalte enthalten, die von der Industrie angewendet werden, so daβdie nur auf Wissen orientierten kenntnisse vermieden wird. 4. Bei der Schulerauswahl sind die Eignung und die Schulleistung zugrundezulegen und finanzielle Unterstutzungsmabnahmen sind notwendig fur die Motivierung der Schuer zur hohere Qualifidation. 5. Fur effektive Durchfuhrung von OJT ist eine aktive Partizipation der Firma an der Ausbildung fur die qualifizierte Arbeitskrafte vorausgesetzt.

      • 북한 이탈주민을 위한 직업훈련 방안 연구

        This study shows the analysis of the actual condition and problems in vocational training which has been firstly implemented to 18 refugees from North Korea who were woodcutters, and focuses to offer a basic material in order to provide the appropriate method of vocational training for them. When the training program is carry out for the refugees, we must know that there occur many difficulties and problems. When we select the refugees for vocational training, we should refer to their academic background, experiences, health, desire. The length of the course is divided into three under 3 months, 6 months, and I year. In order to get a suitable skill, we should train them for their earlier employment, and operate the efficient use of the budget. For the age of reunification, we should create and develop various kinds of vocational programs being suitable for the people who are in various social life. The good guidance to get the stability by seeing, feeling and understanding the real facts of the Republic of Korea, the training of social adaptation for recovering the same quality of a race, should be precede before carrying out vocational training program. Wide range job guidance to help them to understand jobs of Korea and research for producing the specialized persons who are responsible for the vocational training program are needed. The plan should be created to arrange them a job directly by government. To custody and protect the refugees, specialized organization, instructors, special facilities should be secured, and before beginning vocational training program for the elementary knowledges should be given them for some length of period.

      • Ni-Zn Ferrite/Rubber복합형 전파흡수체의 정합조건 설계

        The demands for microwave absorbing materials and designs are being increased. We have studied about a new design technique to seek for the matching conditions for composite absorbers. The ferrite/rubber composite microwave absorbers were fabricated with Ni-Zn ferrite prepared by coprzcipitation method and silicone rubber. We have figured out the matching conditions(frequency and thickness) through the material constants of the self-maded ferrite/rubber composite absorber by utilizing the matching map and the matching boundary map. We could make a prediction for the matching conditions of ferrite/rubber composite absorber with our developed design technique.
