        체육사 : 경북유도(慶北柔道) 발전(發展)의 동인(動因)에 관한 추론적(推論的) 고찰(考察)

        This study are focused on the basis to assert the independence of Korea judo development and the grope for the future guidance of judo in deducing the time and the causes of the remarkable: judo development in Kyungpook.The causes of the spread and development of judo are the ideology of 「the good use of power」 and 「the prosperity of all of us」, which are Japan kangdokwan judo stand for.However this study was the deduction on the causes of the spread and development of judo in Kyungpook, the causes of the development of judo in Korea depended on the circumstances and the training object and changed.The conclusions are followingFirst, The causes of the spread and training of judo in 1920 times which the judo was start to spread in Kyungpook by Mr Yoo kuen-su are deduced to 「the representation of popularity of national rights recovery.」Second, during 1920 and 1930 the majority of the Kyungpook judo are mainly composed of the student judo and policeman judo.The causes of the activation of the student judo are deduced to 「the latent desire to keep the physical superiority to the Jananese student」.In contrast to student judo, the causes of the development of the policeman judo are deduced to 「the pursuit of the social and economical stability」 through the judo after becoming the Japan policeman as a Korean.The judo activity was stopped in the Second World War.The judo was activated after the 8.15 restoration of independence in Korea.The judo was more emphasized on the characteristic of military arts than that of sports and 「the soft easily win the strong」 and 「to respect a senior and to love a junior」 are the spiritual basis of the judo development of Kyungpook. But, after the Tokyo Olympic the judo was more emphasized on the characteristics of sports and the spiritual. basis was changed to "win is the best."After LA and Seoul Olympic, recently the spiritual basis changed to the selfish ideology like that "win can make a person famous in the world"These recent change of the spiritual basis show the good instruction to the spiritual basis show the good instruction to the spread of judo in the future.Training of judo as military arts have the firm moral basis.Training of judo as sports are busy in learning the technique and the skill to win so that the spiritual world are more ruined.As the conclusions, I would like to advise that the spread and directions of judo as the military arts are better than that as sports in spreading the judo as the social athletics.

        고등학교 일반 여학생과 무용수의 체중에 따른 식습관, 신체활동습관, 건강상태 조사

        This study was to investigated that know present weight about to an opinion, eating habit, physical activity habit and health habit from 282 girl's high school students living in Taegu area. The finding revealed that divided the girl's high school Students(CON) and the girl's high school Dancers(Dancers). The result of this survey are summarized as follows; 1) The finding revealed that average BMI were CON 20.63±2.29㎏/㎡, Dancers 19.12±1.87㎏/㎡. 2) 46.45% of subjects in hope that low weight than present weight. 3) There were significant increased body weight last 2 years CON than Dancers. 4) During a meal eating highly worry to the Dancers group than CON group, 5) There were no significant difference two groups in the number of meals a day and the number of eating between meals a day. 6) Dancers group is high level the regular exercise 3days/wk than CON group. 7) There were no significant two groups in the health state. 8) There were no different two groups in the stress solve method. 9) There were no significant two groups in the menstruation.

        In result of studied the project of sports for all facilities, the summarized contents are as follows; 1. It is desirable to plan the sports for all facilities by hearing opinion of professional sports for all leaders, professional a city plan in drawing up an urban project. 2. It is desirable to map out a plan for sports for all facilities, fitting to its local characterstics after grasped an actual condition of existing facilities, present situation of local population, level of practical consciousness, and present condition of transportations as well as to plan it in welfare constructive level of local community. 3. It is desirable to plan the structure of facilities after considered prospect of participant, sports event to be executed, policy of operating facilities and number of users. 4. It is desirable to take a suitable facility's structure fitting to number of users after scientificalluy examined applicability of various programs, efficiency of guidance, rationality of management and countermeasure by environmental transition.

        This study examined the measures for juvenile guidance and sports activity on the basic of the before-mentioned study issue. The results are as follows : 1. Adults should be concerned about the juveniles with thoughtful consideration and patient, casting away prejudice and misunderstanding on juvenile behavior in order that young men can brightly and cheerfully grow up. 2. It is necessary to encourage practical sports after providing such given condition and surrounding as strengthening of close relation between family members, democratic decision-making, and respect for personality. 3. It is necessary to offer various sports programs for the juvenile, to establish human philosophy for development of humanity, and to build up educational historic ideology for the national tradition. 4. It is necessary to create and develop the sound and worth juvenile culture with offering cultural space for activities of young men. 5. It is desirable to actively carry out counselling activity and to develop various educational program as well as to seek guidance for health and humanity that help self development of young men.

        The results are as follows: The social upheaval can be termed to be development of scientific technique, increase of population, growth of traffic communication, development of knowledge, increase of spare time, decrease of body function, increase of crimes, weakening of education and family function, change of attitude and value, change of environment, and mutual dependence of between individual, and social state. The improvements of school physical education to overcome social upheaval are as follows: First, it should be improved the acquirement of theory and practical training, education of human nature, development of programs, facilities, estimate, and encouragement of special activities should be improved for a desirable in school physical education. Second, their spare time should be able to be used at home, community, and company by teaching game of each event through in school. physical education. Third, the evaluating method should be rationalized by executing theory, health, and practical training in the appropriate ratio as well as to normalizing curriculum of school physical education. Fourth, school physical education has a effect to health of modern people, accordingly the government should support it through policy for promotion physical strength of the people. Fifth, educators of physical education should be physical administration, coaching, and game specialists with technique of managing physical facilities.

        스포츠생리학 / 프로 축구선수들의 슬관절 장애 수술 후 재활 트레이닝의 효과 분석

        본 연구목적은 프로 축구선수들이 외과적인 무릎수술을 한 후 회복기에 등속성 훈련 방법을 운동처방으로 8주 실시한 결과로 그 회복속도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 프로 축구선수들 중 슬관절에 장애가 발생되어 외과적 수술을 한 13명을 대상으로 수술 후 재활을 위한 등속성 훈련 결과를 밝히면 다음과 같다.운동부하 60˚/sec에서 수술다리의 대퇴굴근의 최대 힘효율 근력은 처음 4주간 유의한 증가가 있었다(p<.05). 신근의 최대 힘효율은 처음과 4주, 4주와 8주간 모두 유의하게 증가되었다(p<.05). 운동부하 180˚/sec에서 수술다리의 대퇴굴근의 최대 힘효율 근력은 처음 4주간 유의한 증가가 있었다(p< .05). 운동부하 240˚/sec에서 수술다리의 대퇴굴·신근의 최대 힘효율 근력은 8주간 유의한 증가가 없었다(p >.05). 최대 힘효율의 근력비는 운동부하 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, 240˚/sec에서 정상다리와 수술다리간에 8주간 유의한 증가가 없었다(p>.05). 최대 힘효율의 근결함비는 운동부하 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, 240˚/sec에서 8주간 유의한 증가가 없었다(p>.05). 하지만 운동부하 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, 240˚/sec에서 신근은 각각 16.615 ±14.666%, 13.077 ±8.885%, 9.231 ±14.184%로 나타났고, 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec에서는 ±10%이내의 수준으로 회복이 되지 않은 것을 볼 수 있다. 하지만 굴근과 신근 240˚/sec에서는 완전한 회복을 보였다.이상 수술 후 회복단계에서의 연구 결과 8주 동안 재활기간이 짧아 신전에서 90%이상의 완전한 회복을 하지는 못했다. 하지만 굴근은 모두 안정된 상태를 보여 주고 있었다. Cybex 340 시스템 매뉴얼에 의한 재활 운동효과가 근력, 순발력에서 각각 유의한 증가를 나타내었지만 완전히 회복은 되지 않았다. 그러므로 무릎 수술 후 cybex 340을 이용한 재활 훈련은 장기적으로 실시했을 때는 매우 효과적이라고 사료된다. Research Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of isokinetic exercise on rehabilitation of muscle strength after knee surgery.Subjects and methods: The 13 professional soccer players who had knee operation were involved in this study. To regain the muscle strength and power of injured leg compared to those of uninjured leg, they received isokinetic training(25-30min/3days/8weeks) on Cybex 340 with gradually overload principle. Prior to, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after isokinetic training, muscle strength and power were determined at 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, and 240˚/sec of Cyber 340, respectively.Results:1. At the velocity of 60˚/sec, the peak torque of flexion was significantly increased at injured leg after the 4 week training(p<.05).2. At the velocity of 60˚/sec, the peak torque of extension was significantly increased at injured leg after the 8 week training(p<.05).3. At the velocity of 180˚/sec, the peak torque of flexion was significantly increased at injured leg after the 4 week training(p< .05).4. At the velocity of 240˚/sec, the peak torque of extension and flexion was not significantly increased at both injured leg and uninjured leg after the 8 week training(p >.05).5. At the velocity of 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec and 240˚/sec the peak torque in leg extension of muscular ratio between injured leg and uninjured leg was not significantly different(p>.05) after 8 week training.6. At the velocity of 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, and 240˚/sec, the peak torque in leg extension of muscular deficit ratio between injured leg and uninjured leg was not significantly different(p>.05). Thus, it was not fully recovered at the velocity of 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec and 240˚/sec from 16.615 ±4.666%, 13.077 ±8.885%, 14.184 ±14.184%, in leg extension deficit ratio.Conclusions: Although the 8 week training for rehabilitation on Cybex 340 significantly improved the muscle strength, and power the specifically knee extension was not fully recovered.Therefore, we suggest that the rehabilitation training by using Cybex 340 is effectable far the knee sugery leg.
