      • Spur Gear 와 Helical Gear에 대한 제조 및 강도 해석 비교

        In this paper, spur gear and helical gear with involute profile are explained in regard to necessary condition and involute curve. I have obtained the result from manufacturing process for spur gear and helical gear through mechanical characteristics of involute circular. The result are as follows : (1) The more pressure angle it was decreased specific sliding in gears, specific action in gears and normal bending stress in gears, the less unwounded angle and circular arc radius it was decreased. The more contact factor it was increased pressure large angle, the less unwounded angle and circular arc radius it was increased. (2) The profile contact stress was greatly small in the circular arc of contact district than involute district. (3) I have manufactured helical gear which was worked with shaving machine to form helical gear by cold extrusion using for involute curve profile.

        General stress ageing is the way which strengthen the material without causing any distinct plastical change, to a certain extent to ignore after adding the load to the yielding point of the material and ageing it, to increase the hardness of the heat treated material. In this thesis, I compared each fatique limit in the normal temprature, 200℃ and 300℃, feeling the necessity of a study on the tendency of fatique limit after hardening the material in high temperature 200℃ and 300℃ without treating the stress ageing. I also studied on the effect of stress and temperature in this thesis, compared the fatique limit of 200℃ with that of 300℃ using the S-N curve which decides the fatique limit, by means of fatique testing the SM 20C (AISI 1020) material in high temperature which is not heat treated.

      • 점성유체 분류의 분열길이에 관한 연구

        The measurement of breakup length of viscous liquid jet was conducted by a 3CCD digital video camera.The nozzle diameters of 4, 6, 8mm with L/d=50 were selected and the dynamic viscosity of viscous liquid made of glycerine and water was in the range of 1.061×10-6m2/s to 4.935×10-5m2/s. The critical velocity is decreased and the breakup length is increased with the increase of nozzle diameter at the same dynamic viscosity of liquid.At the same nozzle diameter, the breakup length and the critical velocity are both increased with the increase of dynamic viscosity of liquid.It is found in the theoretical analysis that the initial disturbance level is the main cause of occurrance of critical Reynolds number in the stability curve. The comparison of experimental critical Reynolds number and the empirical correlation by Tanasawa and Toyota reveals the relatively good agreement.
